Congrats, but you are the one who can change the signature and Avatar (if there are different) and not the campaign manager. So you don't have to plead Hhampuz to change your signature, you can only inform that you have been ranked up so if there is any position he should move you to occupy the legendary position but if there is no space then you have to wait.

Go and do the needful by changing the signature by yourself and not the campaign manager. But if you are referring to the spreadsheet, the manager will move you up if there is a spot in the legendary position which he has done already I believed.
