Hypothetically, let say if tomorrow some radically honest judge (even district level) with backing of pm and with the stamp of president give verdict against high court judge Yashwant Varma ( illegal money found at his house), aadhe corrupt system ki fatt ke hath mein aa jayegi aur sath mein agar yashwant varma ko back karne wale ecosystem ko bhi lapet liya toh aadhi problem solve wahi ho jayegi.

It will have 2nd, 3rd order effect on psyche of society and political/ beaurocratic system, it could be positive(likely) or negative (electrolal, anarchy like protests) or both simultaneously which no one can predict but first someone needs titanium balls to bell the cat.

Yeh sun ke "Nayak" movie yaad aa gayi. Anil Kapoor in that movie showed how the country should be handled.

Lets take an example from Vishnu and Bhagvata purana and consider this process as a sumudra manthan. It requires both the devas and asuras aur Jab samudra manthan hota hai toh halahala (poison) comes first, amrita last mein aata hai, that's a natural order and maintains balance.

You will find your own Adiyogi naturally to consume all the poison but first should have enough wisdom to kickstart the process of samudra manthan.

He means the politicians don't want their voters to get educated rather to be knowledgeable enough to think who are the right person to rule them. They simply wants them to exist here just as voters and when they are not having wisdom these politicians can manipulate the voters as much as they want and can give something like religious clash or buying the votes and just keep them for for the next 5 years and then repeat the same thing again.

we should never confuse education with wisdom. Kabhi IAS-IPS level ke mock interview dekhna, sare ke sare down to earth, raja harishchandra ki aulad lagti hai. I mean so much idealism in every sentence ki tumhe lage arey yeh toh bhagwan ka roop hai but as soon as posting is done, rab rakha aur duniya jaye bhad mein.

To be honest, Indian politics is too complicated. Politicians with power will always build networks which will help them in future. Even opposition leaders will be having secret parties on their farm houses after fighting in-front of the camera or public. We can never really trust these politicians. I have closely seen a few local politicians and they taught me never to make enemies even if you have to pretend being an enemy. Always be friendly because we never know when and where we might need help of those parties.

These politicians will never care about innocent lives until they make crores and still gain trust from public for coming elections.

Lol reminds me of P. Chidambaram, he famously used to say this in parliament and in press that he and his family grow 50 crore worth of cauliflower at his freaking balcony and at that time, he was the finance minister.

Also having some connections with these politicians will not hurt us right? It can actually be beneficial because of the connections these politicians have. For example, one of my friend has a manufacturing industry where they work with metal sheets. He had some good connections with local politicians and because of that he good some really good contracts overseas and now his company has a turnover above 20 crores. The time he started, he used to manufacture small units and his turnaround was less than 10 lakhs. I would not mind if I get such connections just by maintaining positive relations with these politicians.

Yes, they will surely ask for some commissions still it is affordable as we are getting a good contract which will pay off the commissions in long term. Paying some commissions to these politicians is just like paying a application fee. In India, this is a very common scenario and even if it is wrong, people will still continue following this because the politicians and the contractor both will gain profits from this. The only person at loss here is the one who does not have any connections with politicians but delivers quality work. They will never be recognized.

I am not denying anything but this is not how we supposed to do that, atleast we have to avoid such bribery. We all want our nation to become greatest but nobody is ever interested in changing anything from their end, if they want something they are ready to bribe but we all want a country with no bribery.

Getting rich in India will always comes with trade offs because it is almost not possible for someone who start from scratch and reach big in the legal way but assume even if they managed to do, still these politicians will try to pressurize them in any possible way with local goons or with government officials and threaten to stop their activities.

There is the dark side to it. if you are being favored by some politician, they will soon start to ask favors from you too and then you will in trouble if you cannot provide that. It might be something unethical or something that will hurt you but you will be forced to do it anyway because if you dont then you risk losing your contracts or your reputation or even your life.

This can be compared to "deed with the devil" type of thing. Such favors go both ways and politicians know this and use it for their advantage only. The safest thing is to avoid them as far as possible.
