Wouldn't it be better if both problems are solved and not choose which one to solve? I know that OP did ban evade but it is a valuable information that he/she told us about someone faking their credibility to join a campaign, isn't that something bad too?

You don't understand what i mean. You have broke the forum rules, so you will be permanently banned with all of your alt account soon because you evade it.

If your claim is legit, echa123 will get negative trust too for copying someone's else work.

I don't think that he cares whether that newbie account gets banned or not. In the end why should he when he can just create another in a few years minutes and continue with bounty hunting, even though he otherwise, that he is not interested in bounty hunting anymore.

I don't think he needs to prove that he is kopisusu on this matter since the point is a user has stolen a work of someone else and is considered as plagiarism. It doesn't matter whether the OP is not kopisusu or not since that doesn't disprove anything that kopisusu's work was stolen by Echa123, he could be anyone else in the forum and still it doesn't disprove Echa123 being a plagiarizer. Him on the part of ban evading is where he is wrong he should be posting here anymore besides the meta section appealing for his ban, he should let someone a friend or a person he knows the forum report this kind of things as a representative of him.

Since there are all accounts handled by the plagiarist, how we can know that kopisusu is not an alt account of Echa123? Is it plagiarism if you present your work under another account like yours on the second account?

The thing is @echa123 is Indonesian user, but he participated as Malaysia translator... he never posted on Malaysia thread in this forum too. Though Bahasa and Malay language is similar, but both of them are different. I believe he's just using google translator and not a Malay's native.

said he had finished everything, but he repeated it. he never really became a translator. he is just a copy of other people's work for his benefit.
how could someone like him be hired? he doesn't deserve the trust of any bounty manager. especially by becoming a translator who he is not an expert.
unfit for negative feedback removal.
