I don't think that something like that exists, that can do that (well at least I hope it doesn't) because it would be a serious breach of privacy if someone can extract hidden numbers. Then again, since everything can be hacked (including Telegram database) I wouldn't suggest anyone using their real mobile phone number.

What I meant is, don't use your main mobile phone number as you usually have to leave ID info in order to get one (at least that became standard practice in here in EU) and instead use virtual mobile phone number service to create Telegram account if you can't get another sim card without giving your ID. Well, at least that's what I did 6 years ago when I got Telegram for the first time. Trust no one, including Telegram.

I don't think OP is collecting the numbers by going everyone's privacy setting. It some kind of data leak and OP got the data from the leak. Years ago I was doing something and it struck me that it's possible to get the numbers. There were some bots which allowed to see phone numbers. That time telegram was fairly new. Since then I never thought of using telegram.

Even though OP didn't get to extract the phone numbers from the owners directly, I think it is a breach of privacy to the owners of these numbers. It might be in high demand in the industry but I don't consider it right.

If you are doing this under cybersecurity arm for a fraudulent attack on someone or on a transaction then its ok but if not, then, I don't consider it ideal and should not be patronised as it will breed something more than what it currently is.
