Yes that's true, I'm also not surprised by the actions of Arsenal fans because it has happened often since long ago.

What happened to arsenal losing to Newcastle it was not expected by there fans and just because they were able to beat Manchester City and that is what gave them the confidence they will be able to mess with Newcastle and that is why most of there fans are blaming ordegaard for there own mistakes and they don't expect him to be in a perfect after returning and the funny thing about arsenal game is that there problems and there main is the attack and that is were the problem of arteta came from were others were busy fixing positions he was busy fixing defense and playing a pattern is not completely use to he would have just stick to is normal way of playing, they need a striker for the club to be balance and without a striker arsenal will not be able to do very well because there is no league for them this season.

After Arsenal's heroic performance against Manchester City last weekend, I was of the opinion that their second leg game against Newcastle in the FA Cup competition yesterday will be won by the London club. I saw the starting line up of both teams and I concluded that it was going to be a difficult night for the home team but little did I know that Arsenal were going to be beaten at St James Park with the same scoreline they conceded when Newcastle defeated them at the Emirates in the first leg of the tie.
David Raya is without doubt one of the best goalies in English football at the moment but yesterday, he had a very bad day at the office. It seems it's going to be another trophyless season for Arsenal.

I wasn't a big believer in Nottm Forest being able to finish the season in the top 4, but I have to give credit to them, the 7-0 win over Brighton was a bold statement and the club might be in the top 4 to stay. It was impressive, especially considering they got demolished 5-0 by Bournemouth the week before, and it looked like their luck might have ended, but they bounced back very nicely like nothing happened.
Looking at the game stats other than goals, you could think it was an even game, Brighton even dominated in possession at 63%, but I guess that's just Forest's style.

When I saw the results of the match were confused and why it could happen, seeing the statistics of the Brighton match was much better in terms of possession but Nottingham Forest could get that many goals, apparently after seeing it a lot of fast goals carried out by the players of Nottingham Forest.
A little to add that Brighton's defense is not as strong as last season, this season they are not good in my opinion and they should realize that, a lot of failures in carrying out defense in this match.

If Arsenal lost against Manchester City, they could have reasons to lose against Newcastle United. But winning big against Manchester City gave many the conviction that they will do it against Newcastle. It is not proper that Newcastle United continue to win Arsenal even when it is obvious that Arteta and his boys needed this trophy. These guys have laboured for some consecutive seasons now, they deserve glory.

It seems they will start again from next season. This season seems to have slipped again from them. It's a pity.

I don't see how the winning of Manchester City by Arsenal will translate to then beating Newcastle, a team that have been famous with beating big teams this seasons. As I know, Newcastle is one of Arsenal's greatest nightmare and they will continue to be giving the realities on ground and the fact that they lost their last match against Fulham. They will want to make Arsenal pay for that loss, the reason I will rather bet on goals than choose any of the sides to win.

In the first leg match we saw Newcastle win 2-0. So I thought Newcastle would try to draw the match in this match. Newcastle might play defensively. But we didn't see that. Like the first match, Newcastle won this match by 2-0.

Newcastle team is quite strong and stable this season. We have seen Newcastle players are confident and can perform well even against big teams. Moreover, Newcastle is trying their best to do well in the EFL Cup. Newcastle cannot win any title. If Newcastle can win the EFL Cup, it will be a big achievement for them.

I just watched the highlights of yesterday's EFL Cup semi-final between Newcastle and Arsenal. I couldn't believe that virtually the same team that defeated Man City 5-1 last weekend could play so poorly. They might have dominated in possession but couldn't create any proper scoring chances, unlike Newcastle. Maybe it's just that, after losing the first goal, they had lost all hope as it was 3-0 for Newcastle on aggregate. Or maybe they just don't perform that well in away games. I don't know.

Anyhow, Liverpool delivered and avenged their first-leg 0-1 defeat to Tottenham and won 4-0. So we'll see Newcastle Vs Liverpool in the final. It could be interesting.

I was really amazed to see the big win that Liverpool got against Tottenham, in that match Liverpool really dominated and the highlights were Salah, Szoboszlai, Gakpo, and Van Dijk, who managed to make Tottenham helpless in that match. For the Final match between Newcastle vs Liverpool, I think it will be very Epic seeing that both teams have good performance lately, and I can't wait to look forward to the upcoming final match, I hope it will be a fierce and beautiful match.

Likewise me too. Nottingham Forest performed extremely well in that fixture as they were able to win with such a commanding result. Though Nottingham Forest is a relatively smaller team compared to the so called top six, and there are a lot of matches still remaining and many points up for grabs. I’m now a believer that Nottingham Forest secure a Champions League spot for next season.

Nottingham must prepare to always be fit without any injured players. this is what they find difficult to deal with. because usually in mid-season they will be confronted with these problems. I didn't pay attention, because if they are not prepared like buying a cover player or setting up young players as a substitution, Nottingham Forest will encounter the same obstacles as big clubs in the premier league.

Why we must blame one player? The coach should be the person who have the most responsibility for the lose. But it won't change the fact that Arsenal has been eliminated from EFL cup. I think it is not the time to blame someone, Arsenal needs to focus on EPL matches. Arsenal must try to finish in the 2nd place at least. I think Odegaard, Harvertz, and other players have made serious efforts in the match against Newcastle. They are just unlucky to win the match. So, I don't think it is necessary to talk about changing any player now. Let's wait for until the end of the season.

There is no doubt that Arsenal will end the season in the second position of the English Premier League this season, as in other seasons. Considering the performance of other teams in the Premier League, we can already say which team will be champions and which team will be runners-up this season. After watching Manchester United's performance yesterday I'm beginning to think that Amorim purposely makes errors at the beginning of the match then corrects them later, just to prove some point, cause I wonder why he inverted several of the players to opposite positions. Well it didn't turn out good in the first half cause they could create good chances and only had few shots with Nil on target. However he was so quick to make changes in the 2nd half, bringing in Garnacho was the best idea cause he really helped in changing the game and with his speed he was able to outsmart Leicester City's defence and create chances for his team mates, even missed lots of chances too. They've moved to the next round anyway but I think Amorim should try such experiments again cause Leicester is a weak team currently and they'll be really exposed and defeated in an embarrassing way if he does it against a better attacking team.

Last season, Bertigton did not perform so well, they were only able to finish in 11th position, not much different from this season where for the time being, Brighton is only able to be in 10th position.

The one who performed quite impressively for the season was Nottingham Forest, because they made quite significant changes, because just imagine the team that last season was almost relegated because they were only able to finish in 7th position. Now they have transformed into a strong team that is able to compete at the top of the standings, and are currently in 3rd position.

And it is quite natural that people are quite doubtful that Nottingham Forest can be placed in 3rd or 4th position at the end of this season, because basically they are a team that is not too strong. However, seeing how they performed this season, I think it is still quite possible for Nottingham Forest to finish in 4th position in the standings.

But if Nottingham's management is able to manage the players and work together with the coach, I'm sure the team could finish in 3rd position or runner up.
