In my opinion, the teams that will fight for the title are:

Chelsea has improved a lot, and they're a team that's improving with each game, so I wouldn't be surprised if they manage to win the league. I'm not a Chelsea fan, but I admit they're a strong contender, better than Arsenal and Manchester City on paper. We'll see on the field, but if I had to choose just two teams with the best chance of winning the Premier League, I'd choose Chelsea and Liverpool. I agreed with your prediction because they were the teams that finished in the top four of the English Premier League table last season, and they are still performing well. The only team that is struggling to improve is Manchester City, but I believe Pep Guardiola will change tactics to strengthen his team because they're all focused on signing new players to improve their squads, which will make the league more competitive and challenging. However, I think Chelsea will surpass Manchester City and Arsenal this season based on Chelsea current play, and I view Chelsea and Liverpool will be the strong contenders for the English Premier League title.

Based on Chelsea's performances, I think they will have a lot of success this season and have a big influence on the UEFA Champions League, but I'm still not sure if they can win the Champions League title. They might make it to the round of 16 or quarterfinals, but I doubt they'll reach the semifinals, let alone the final.

Wow, this is a bit tricky, because this season is quite different. At least if we look at some of the signings and performances recently, there have been several eye-catching and attention-grabbing players, making us believe that this season, they could truly be serious contenders.
If we were to go by that, the order would probably be like this:
1. Liverpool

Among the teams mentioned here - Liverpool, Arsenal, Chelsea and Manchester City have dominated the last few seasons but the Reds have dominated the season just ended. However which teams will be able to play a significant role in the upcoming season can be understood through their transfer rumors and their strong presence in the transfer market. There is no doubt that Liverpool Football Club will be able to continue their streak again next season because we can see that they are the only team that is playing a brave role in the transfer window so far because they still have the possibility of buying Los Blancos' best players. On the other hand Arsenal Football Club is not far behind, they also have numerous options and even consider Victor Gyokeres to be available.

The season hasn't even started yet, and predictions are mixed, especially considering the transfer market activity of the elite EPL teams as they look to compete for the title next season. I think Manchester City will be Liverpool's main rival this season, and I don't mean to underestimate Arsenal and Chelsea.

But I'm confident Pep Guardiola can revive a team that slumped last season and improve next season. Manchester City will remain the strongest under Pep Guardiola. Just look at how he dominated before and won back-to-back EPL trophies. Usually, managers who have experienced such a situation, even if they slump for just one season, dominate again the following season. I admit Chelsea have indeed improved, especially after winning the CWC trophy, but in my opinion, they haven't been able to consistently play 38 games until the end of the season, plus there are so many competitions to go through in a season.

We have all concluded that Chelsea are going to do better now? It's good thing to be optimistic about team performance every season but it's also important that we look at the errors and mistakes that are consistent in Chelsea performance last season. There defense is very weak and Maresca doesn't do anything about it, they will get even weaker because of repeatedly injure players and also the way they finish games are very poor, they need to improve on those aspects.

I don't know what Manchester City is going to be playing next season but I haven't seen them makes good moves that much. Arsenal on the other hand are doing well but I still don't know when exactly they are going to bring Viktor. They need that guy along side with Rodrigo but the two side has went silent or perhaps it seems.that Arsenal want good players and they are trying to pay way less than the amount bid here on the players, they need to spend to get what they want even though they are trying to avoid any financial crisis within the club.

This season, we certainly can't underestimate Chelsea. Their performance last season will undoubtedly create a different atmosphere, especially in terms of optimism. Furthermore, with the two trophies they secured, the Conference League and the CWC, this will certainly give Chelsea hope this season.

While the CWC may not be a reliable benchmark, their mentality has certainly improved after their victory, which could be a factor in considering Chelsea's inclusion in the competition this season.
Manchester City also has the potential to recover their lost form, as they must do their best to minimize the risk of a setback like last season.

Chelsea performance has improved very well recently, their is so much changes in their performance, I wasn’t surprised that Chelsea were able to win the conference league, Chelsea were the favorite to win it since when the tournament started, and they were able to achieve that, but I never believed they will be able to win the club World Cup, their performance in the match surprised everyone, and they won the cup also.

Chelsea performance this coming season will definitely be different from last season, am expecting a better performance from them, but I don’t think Chelsea will be able to win the premier league title next season, I still have confidence in Liverpool and Manchester city more than Chelsea, so i expect the premier league winner to be between Liverpool and Manchester city. I also see Chelsea out there next season contending for the league title, I don't know how Arsenal and Manchester City are going to perform but I still don't think they will do better than Chelsea next season. From Chelsea's recent performance it is clear that they lacked a proper striker all this while that's why they have been struggling but now that they have a good striker they seem to be better and more dangerous that ever. Their performance against PSG was top notch the team looks more matured and experienced now. If they can achieve all this this season, making champions league spot and winning two trophies while struggling then they will be unstoppable next season.

All I know is that the premier league will be very competitive next season especially the top spots and Chelsea will not be left out for sure.

Liverpool is a strong side considering how they won the premier League trophy last season was impressive too. I don't think Manchester City should be at the bottom of the line. Manchester City have won the EPL back to back although they were unable to win it this time around last season but that doesn't mean Chelsea are better and stronger than Manchester City. Pep Guardiola has a style that's works very well for him,we could see a strong comeback of Manchester City with a better form than what we saw last season.  I think Manchester City should be the major contender and not Chelsea for the title race. I know Chelsea won the CWC but it's too early to start placing Chelsea above Manchester City and Arsenal.

Seriously I agree with this predictions too most especially the Chelsea position because I sincerely see them as much as a better team to compete with Liverpool for the title next season. The arrival of a clinical striker like Joao Pedro raises my expectations for them next season. With other youngster joining and a potential Xavi Simon signing I think they can go for the league.

Liverpool are also my favourite due to the quality of signings they have done but I feel Arne Slot might face a second season syndrome. As for Arsenal position I will prefer them fourth with Manchester City third because City new signings are making them too look formidable, not that Rodri has been out injured again I will say they can compete for the league too. For Arsenal I will leave their expectations base on who Dey sign as striker

All this faith for Chelsea? Just because they did excellent playing against PSG or what’s the real faith behind this, I will not be surprise if the season starts and Chelsea fail to stand at the top. They’ve been doing this for some time now whereby they give the viewers hope only for them to play a different thing, honestly this is just the fact while Arsenal at the other hand will manage to stand at the top afterwards they fall, it’s now a normal routine I guess. I really want to see new team win if possible but the fact Liverpool is considered one of the dominating team in premier league it’s a difficult tax.

Manchester United can bring in more players to improve their performance, but we have yet to see what they can do on the pitch to determine whether they should be included among the teams to win the league title. Manchester United ended in their the worst ever place last season, and we don't know how poorly they can play next season. Mbuemo is a great signing to the club, but the attackers cannot do it alone when they have a poor defensive and goalkeepers that concedes unnecessary goals.

Furthermore, no matter how many goals your attackers score, conceding too many goals will make it difficult to win games. Without a doubt, Amorim is a great manager, but competing for the league title next season will be difficult when we have Liverpool, Chelsea, Manchester City, and Arsenal. Tottenham is also an average club, they only won the Europa League, but we'll see how well they perform with the players they have signed.

I agree with you, Manchester United have what it takes to challenge for the premier league this coming season but they are obviously not getting it right so far, I know they are trying to bring in some new players to improve the team and also offloading some players they feel that does not align with their current philosophy and structure, not because they are not good enough.
