If Isak eventually arrives Anfield, the person that might likely suffer is Ekitike. But I believe he is a replacement of Diego Jota. Although no amount of goal scorers will be enough for a team that wants to win four cups.

Both were top CFs at their respective clubs, and at Liverpool, things might be different. It's unclear which will be the top priority or what strategy Arne Slot will employ to optimize the two new CFs he's just signed. However, both are top CFs right now.

Arne Slot has also assured Ekitike of his role at Liverpool. If Isak does indeed arrive, he agrees with everything. Liverpool have a very strong squad, and both will certainly play an important role in the squad. Arne Slot understands how to optimize them well.

Aha, that caught me unaware. Luiz Diaz? I wasn't... When did they cut the deal on this one? I thought there was going to be some sort of contract extension, cause even after 5 years, Diaz still has it.

It's time for them to go on a move for Isak.    Liverpool attacking area will be very strong next season. In this case I wonder what kind of a formula Arne Slot will find. Having Isak and Ekitiké both will force his hands to give both of them enough time of play.

There's no Isak for Liverpool. It was concluded by the club that he's not for sale, period. I think that's the only reason Liverpool had to make do with the better choice they had, hugo Ekitike. As for Slot's formula, nobody knows -- we just need to lookout for what he has to offer this season.

What a sad moment for all of Liverpool fans to miss Diaz. He's always been a great servant for the club. However, the club can't resist from this outstanding deal because of they need money to fund Isaak's move.
Gakpo is the only left winger in the squad since they will miss Diaz. I'm wondering whether they have a plan to at the depth on LW position.

On other hand, i also notice Diaz doesn't get chanted as a traitor by Liverpool fans. It's 180 degree compared to the TAA's move to Madrid. 

Indeed he was a grate servant and player for Liverpool, we wish him all the best of luck in next career journey, Liverpool never wanted to sell Diaz but his head has been turned because of the wage that Bayern Munich offered to him, the club wanted him to stay and sigh a contract extension in September, the truth is you can’t keep an unhappy player in your dressing room, so we wish him all the best.

I think the club knows what they are doing most especially the coach knows what he is doing, so I know there would definitely be a replacement that comes, Liverpool doesn’t need to sell Diaz to fund a move for Alexander Isak, Diaz always wanted to leave for a new challenge, The money for Isak have always been there, the challenge was that Newcastle have refused to open the door for a potential transfer discussion, instead they keep saying the player isn’t for sale while the player himself wants to try a new challenge at Liverpool.

You know they both had a horrible season in the Premier League... But Tottenham won the Europa League title at least. However they replaced Ange Postecoglou anyway with Thomas Frank.

Do you think at least one of them will manage to finish at a Champions League spot? It is even more difficult recently as teams like Newcastle and Aston Villa are also doing really good.

I think that should be more reason why they should press hard on this Alexander isak deal as Luis Diaz is set to move to Bayern Munich, and get Alexander is will definitely be a good replacement for for him, as they won't feel the absence of Luis Diaz because him too is one of the talisman in that Liverpool squad and have proven it in several times, so getting Alexander isak to replace him is really a smart move from Arne Slot, just imagine the pair of ekitike and Alexander isak mehn it's really gonna be massive no doubt and those guys will really pull out some stunt.

It's not easy to get Isak because Newcastle still wants to keep him, Newcastle is not an ordinary team in terms of finance, they are one of the rich clubs, one thing is certain if Liverpool wants to get his signature they have to give money according to Newcastle wishes without the need for negotiation. What I observe from this slot plan, if Isak can be added to the squad, Isak is positioned as a target man and Ekitike is positioned to replace Luis Diaz, a plan that I think is brilliant because Ekitike can be placed as a winger.

As for MU, i'm getting even more skeptical with MU to compete for the UCL spot because they have not yet get rid off some dead woods. It's wise to have lesser expectation for them. I lower my expectation and believe they will able to finish at sixth.

On other hand, Tottenhan looks much more prepared as TF has Ange's legacy, but still doubted TF will able to utilize it. They also lose Son, whic has always been their key in building the attack.

This is call friendly indeed because at some point there is no need to waste so much energy on friendly games althoyeven as it a pre season preparation and and we cant use that as a basis for any of our judgement for now, since alot is expected over the coming day's that need all the energy most especially for Liverpool who got eyes on the trophy in the coming season.

You're very right mate, friendly match should be seen as what they are, we can't be giving much attention to this kind of games but the truth is that there are normal matches that are like this too, the perceived  better side will be possessing the ball and their opponent will be doing the scoring it happens but considering the fact that we know Liverpool as a force, i doubt if in real games they will give such opportunity to AC Milan but for now, i have to congratulate AC Milan on their victory after all it is also a football match and I will also do same if Liverpool has win the match, Liverpool will be the major contenders of the English premier league and the UEFA champions league, we already know that.

Whether a team plays a friendly match or a serious match in the new season, all matches should be given equal importance. When a team plays a friendly match against a team and the other team is not too concerned about doing well against that team, then naturally those matches do not go well and as far as I know, playing friendly matches means getting an idea about the players as well as getting some idea about the opposing team. If you do not take the game seriously, you cannot judge your own players by their performance in that match, nor can you judge the opposing team by their performance. Maybe many teams cannot do well in the main phase matches by taking friendly matches normally. So every team should try to leave the field with a win in the match they enter.

I see what Arne slot is bringing up in that attack, he obviously wants to have massive attack and massive midfield control, that's what won him the premier League, Ekitike, Alexander isak and Mo.Salah combination should be what we're looking out for come next season.  Ordinarily as a coach that has foresight, he has seen the preparation to which Arsenal is making and so far Arsenal has been the closest rivals to win that premier League, so hence the gunners are refilling their armory, he too should call for more artillery to help his attacking force.

Liverpool's match strategy or formation is still unknown to us . Arne Slot has added several talented players to the squad. And now Liverpool management is also trying to buy Alexander Isak. Last season we saw Liverpool playing in 4-2-3-1 formation. Liverpool will probably play in the same formation next season. And this is why Arneslot is trying to add Alexander Isak to the squad. Salah will be at right forward. Maybe Wirtz and Gakpo will be in the middle and left respectively. But it is not yet certain. because Arne Slot now has many talented players.

I think has enough to do the increase in their front line, with the integration of hugo and florian wirtz squad up front the reds have had enough.Is to bring the alexander will improve sharpness line of attack, but have more star players it could have been malpetaka for them.That is because as we know that the star players having a high ego, and it can only affecting performance and kersama team.And the reds dimusil having the squad quite solid, so do not let hadrinya bitang players turn them into a mess.

Additionally, I am unsure whether the transfer agreement for Alexander Isak will actually materialize, as Newcastle United is currently striving to retain him. I believe this agreement will not be finalized; it is merely a strategy by the player to secure a salary increase from Newcastle.

Both teams will definitely improve, currently I’m not certain about both teams position I just think they’ll do better likewise other team. Tottenham won Europa league because Manchester United never played like they needed it seeing it’s their first title, Tottenham are know for overtaking and if any team give them the privilege they’ll do just that without hesitation. Just not sure if Tottenham and Manchester United are ready for champions league spot, it’s not that easy else they should start from premier league first then we can know their stand.

Isaak was their priority, and i believe he will be the main striker. Ekitike will be only used to add more depth to the striker position, which mean he will be the second. It's pretty obvious by seeing the way Liverpool still try to chase Isaak even after they signed Ekitike.

If Isaak was not important for them, they won't sign him after they acquire Ekitike, right? It's simple logic.

Big tidings is coming from Liverpool as they have accepted the offer to sell Luis Diaz to Bayern Munich for about 75 million, and he is already on his way for his medical perusal today. so this transfer will give Liverpool a room to come by Alexander Isak, whom they are reportedly looking at and have also prepared an attractive offer of up to 150 million if I recall correctly. Isak has also expressed his desire to leave Newcastle and has skipped the pre-season tour. i think Liverpool's attack could remain unaffected after Diaz if Slot is somehow able to manage and combine Isak and Hugo Ekitike together. It would be interesting to see how things unfold from here, lets see.

Both teams had a horrible season but I don't think it would be same this season there's been upgrade on both sides this summer so fans are expecting better results, Tottenham signed a new coach that's got Premier league experience and sign few good players this summer they're still very busy in the transfer window though and that would really boost the team this new season, Manchester United on their own ends are still on the process of increasing their depth with good players too, I'm expecting Manchester United to finish in top 7 while Tottenham, top 10 on the table this season.

We the way the structure of the team looks like. Their first priority is making sure they get to the top place and then finish there. That's the only thing they need to make sure of now. The only chance they have in winning the Europa, they blew it off and Tottenham will be having a nice place in the Champions League and at the same time play in the Premier League. The shameful thing is Manchester United finished almost close to the relegation zone.

I'm not sure how things are going to looks like but Arsenal are going to eat good this season, Chelsea will also take the same place and so are Liverpool and Manchester City. If this four teams are sealing this position tightly then Manchester United will have to do something this teams can't do but looking at their under performance through out the season, I don't think there is much to say now because even the friendly match loos so fun, nothing serious to see.

Agree. There is no significant change in Man United squad. They only sign 2 new players (Cunha, Mbeumo), none of them are really star players. Man United didn't sign new defenders, there is also no change in the goalkeeper position. IMO, the worse line of Man United is in the defense line, it is actually quite strange that they don't try signing any new players. Since Man United doesn't fix their weakness, we can assume they probably experience the same result as in the previous season. I even doubt they can finish in the top 10 this season. 

For the UCL spot, I think there will be no change. Liverpool, Arsenal, Man City, and Chelsea are the favorite teams to finish in the top 4 (UCL zone). These teams look like having strongest squad in EPL this season. Arsenal and Liverpool becomes the most convincing teams, they probably become the candidate for the champion. I personally favor Arsenal to win EPL trophy this season.
