Manchester City is indeed playing a brilliant game tonight against Wolves, because in just less than 7minutes Tijjani Reijnders was issued a yellow card for pushing Jean-Ricner Bellegarde at 54minutes into the second half, Erling Haaland has just scored another whooping goal right, making it a clear 3 goals to nil against Wolves tonight, scored at 61minutes and assisted by same Tijjani Reijnders. Which is quite impressive. Hence, I'm very much happy with Manchester City's first impression on the first Premier League game of the season after a short break. And I wish Pep Guardiola and Haaland continues with this same momentum all through their games this season.

They really did a fantastic job on winning their first match of the season by 0:4 against Wolves.

I guess Manchester City might have learned some pretty lessons from their last season's humiliating performance, and they're coming to this season fully prepared with the performances that I saw them display in today's game that put them on top of the Premier League table. Guradiola is a man of wisdom and wouldn't want to allow what happened to the club last season to repeat itself, however I don't want to coment so much on this game today as the season is just getting started,  despite their incredibly performance display.

A big statement by Man City today. A 4-0 win in an away game against Wolverhampton currently places them at the top of the table, at least until tomorrow's games are concluded.
Two goals by Haaland and one each by Premier League debutants: Cherki (who joined from Olympique Lyon) and Reijnders (joined from AC Milan) who also made one assist.

Liverpool also with a win (4-2 against Bournemouth at home) but things were a bit more chaotic for them. They started off nicely, working out a 2-0 advantage, but then they let the visitors equalise. The final 2 goals for Liverpool were scored in the last minutes of the game.

Arsenal is playing away against Man United tomorrow, which can be an interesting one. Arsenal are a x1.87 favourite, but Man United are unpredictable right now, so anything can happen.

Manchester City played an easy match, because it was like a work over game for them. Wolves is too weak to withstand the pressure from Manchester City attackers and Wolve players lack the quality to put themselves back in the game. Their attacking force is weak. Why on earth will a club sell their best players for profit. How do they expect to survive the upcoming storm.

I don’t think anyone will expect Manchester city to lose a match like this, we all know how dangerous Manchester city are, and it’s their first match of the season, they won’t want to lose. Manchester city performance wasn’t that cool last season, but we all saw that pep Guardiola signed some players, and the purpose of signing those players is just to improve the team’s performance. With the kind of squad that wolves are having, then we should known that they can’t hold Manchester City down, no matter how they try, Manchester City are going to score, and wolves doesn’t have a strong attack, so they won’t be able to penetrate Manchester City’s defense, and that was just what happened today.

As rumors of Isak's move from Newcastle intensified, Newcastle immediately targeted Benjamin Sesko as a replacement. They attempted to hijack Sesko's transfer to Manchester United, and Newcastle even made a larger offer to RB Leipzig than Manchester United. However, despite numerous offers, Newcastle failed to land Sesko, and Sesko ultimately moved to Manchester United, using the same funds they used to sign Hugo Ekitike and Madueke. Sasya didn't quite understand this team. They had strong finances and even secured a place in the Champions League this season, but Newcastle still couldn't get the players they wanted, and even their key players wanted to leave the club.

Meanwhile, Manchester City clearly found the right player to replace KDB. Tijjani Reinders has become a formidable new general in Manchester City's midfield.

Turning to Manchester United and Arsenal, this was the first match of the season, but it felt like a decisive match for how both teams would play in the future. It's hard to believe that Manchester United only managed to finish in the top 15 last season, but every game Manchester United played was a big game.

Liverpool made no mistake and won at home by four goals. Bournemouth, who had hope until the final 10 minutes, lost the match after conceding goals in the final 10 minutes. It appeared to be a perfect match for Liverpool. The excitement will continue in the Premier League tomorrow afternoon.

This was also the first Premier League match for the new signings: Etienne, Chiesa, Wirtz, and Frimpong. And they each contributed very well in their respective fields. Especially Etienne, who scored one goal and one assist, and Chiesa, who scored Liverpool's first goal. Arne Slot can truly optimize their abilities and immediately form a solid team. A good start for Liverpool.

It was an exciting game of football, and a football game that was filled with so many emotions, which is the first game that was played at Anfield after the death of Diogo Jota, who will forever remain in our hearts, Liverpool was playing a good game and lead with 2 goals until Bournemouth came back to the game, which made the game interesting, and that is why Premier League will always remain the best Football League in the world, I think Ekitike was excellent scoring a goal and also providing and assist to Cody Gakpo.

When Chiesa came into the game I was quite surprised, what else do I have to say the coach knows better, and I believe that is why he won the league in his first season, Chiesa have had to endure a hard time not playing so many games, I was quite happy with him with his performance and I believe after the loose of Jota and Luis Diaz leaving and Darwin Nunez I think Chiesa is going to have more game time now.

You can say that again buddy, isak was the main man, and without him in the Newcastle team last season, they wouldn't have achieved anything last season, and with this first game of the season, it's very obvious that Newcastle united doesn't have much attacking threat as they were when isak was in the team, just imagine that Aston villa played with a man down for more than thirty minutes, and they didn't even threatens Aston villa that much comparing to what would have happened if isak was in the team, so the earlier their coach understand that they needs to add more quality and firepower to their attacking line up, the better because Nicholas Jackson alone can't change much in this Newcastle united team considering how wasteful he is in front of goal.

Liverpool should definitely rethink this whole Isak thing. Newcastle is not willing to sell anyways, and by the looks of it Ekitike plays amazing at that position, why put him out of position just to get Isak? Don't get me wrong, Isak is a great player, but they already have someone there, so why get someone else?

Like for example, their only original left wing is Gakpo, and don't get me wrong he is a great player but they should get at least a bench player there, or someone better if they can afford to, that should be fine.

I understand that it is not that great for them to not have Diaz, and unfortunately Jota passed away, so they should not look at striker anymore, and start looking at other positions that they need. Or better yet, stop transfers, because they already made enough, and they look good enough.

Wolves put up a fierce fight, but they lack a reliable striker and their defense is quite poor, making it easy for Man City to score four goals without reply. It's a good start for them.

Doing a small highlight from City's game again Wolves. They came with new squad, and their new players are scoring. It's a very good start to me consider the new players can played like they already had years of chemistry with their old players. They dominated the possession, and actively defending at the same time.

But this sudden behavior of players pressuring their respective teams for a possible transfer is very very annoying and it's equally alarming if I'm to be Eddie howe I'd keep him on bench for as long as he comes back to his senses, players are now too full of themselves that they think without them the team cannot win games, and before their arrival the club has been doing well maybe they just come in to make the squad more solid then before you know it pride will enter and they start feeling like they own the team, if time is not taken if eventually he goes to Liverpool his career might turns out to be that of Jack Grealish, he should be careful.

What a brilliant game from Nottingham forest having 3 goals in the first half, an enjoyable 45 minutes for them, they playing with much confidence literally making Brentford helpless. The bookies is not wrong as they favoured Arsenal to win they have a more organized team Manchester United is trying to get their team together with the new boys they have in the team Amorim will try to experiment with the new players to see if they can blend into his pattern and if that works for him then we may see the team getting more reduced odds when they face better teama. The league is already looking nice as all the big teams are on their winning stance, I hope to see it continue like this before any changes occur again.
