Manchester United lost today. Despite the loss, they played well; perhaps Manchester United should have won. The match could have ended in a draw. Altay Bayındır continues to play as he did last season, conceding another misplaced goal and letting the ball slip through his hands. He made similar mistakes last season as well.

Frankly, Altay Bayındır is a bit underpowered to be Manchester United's goalkeeper. Manchester United's squad looks much better this season Manchester United can at least finish the league in a better position than last season.

Liverpool should definitely rethink this whole Isak thing. Newcastle is not willing to sell anyways, and by the looks of it Ekitike plays amazing at that position, why put him out of position just to get Isak? Don't get me wrong, Isak is a great player, but they already have someone there, so why get someone else?

Like for example, their only original left wing is Gakpo, and don't get me wrong he is a great player but they should get at least a bench player there, or someone better if they can afford to, that should be fine.

I understand that it is not that great for them to not have Diaz, and unfortunately Jota passed away, so they should not look at striker anymore, and start looking at other positions that they need. Or better yet, stop transfers, because they already made enough, and they look good enough.

Well for now, it's only one hand we have all watched that features Ekitike in Liverpool jersey playing for them, let's wait until his played numerous games for the team first before we can conclude that his suitable for the team. I still feel that the reason why Liverpool is still chasing, is that Isak is a proven striker in the league and their comes a time when and where a player starts having difficulty, these ones knows how to deal with such situations.

Ekitike doesn't need to play too many matches to prove himself. If Liverpool doesn't trust him, why buy him then. I haven't paid attention to that dude before but the two times I have watched him play for Liverpool, I can say that he is a great player and well focused.
The only problem or consideration Liverpool should have is whether he is an injury player. If he isn't an injury player, he can carry the team to glory this season, provided that Salah remains inform.

On the side of Isak, he is a great player and I love him, but I will not support him to disrespect his club. He still has a valid contract with them. He should also understand that Newcastle is playing European competition, so he shouldn't just expect them to let him go like that without a proper replacement. He should calm down and have a gentleman agreement with his club.

This is the summary of the entire game, nothing more to add, just that there are some players that deserve to be well appreciated in Manchester United teams even though they lost the game.

Brayan Mboymo and Matheus Cunha did credibly well, they have a fantastic premier league start today and they disturbed Arsenal defense because they were unstoppable today; they really brought some changes to Manchester United’s performance and with this performance they displayed today, Manchester United will do better this season.

Another problem United need to address is the goalkeeper, the keeper was the reason Arsenal had that early goal in the match, he could have pointed that ball to avoid any chance of nodding the ball since he clearly know how good Arsenal is in set pieces.

Africolo is right about Gyokeres, he seems to be struggling which is unlike Cunha of Manchester United who seem to have adapted to the team. I am not talking about Mbeumo because he is a premier league man already.

On the side of Isak, he is a great player and I love him, but I will not support him to disrespect his club. He still has a valid contract with them. He should also understand that Newcastle is playing European competition, so he shouldn't just expect them to let him go like that without a proper replacement. He should calm down and have a gentleman agreement with his club.

It all comes down to interest at this point, when a player feels he has done his utmost and wants to leave or needs something more for motivation, you really can’t ask more of such player. Should his mind not be with the team, he wouldn’t be able to offer more to the team. Better to have one that is unified with the team in the team than someone who would play against the team. Newcastle is surely finding it difficult without Isak and they need a good replacement for him.

Arsenal won today, even with the fact that they weren’t the better side. I didn’t expect them to loose neither but, never saw them play so poorly.

I see there is an improvement in Manchester United game despite they lost to Arsenal at Old Trafford, they try so hard to make an equalizer but all failed but i am impressed with the way they played that's to say they will perform more better this season then last season if they can put thesame energy when they play other teams.

Arsenal also did well to have defended till full time their goalkeeper made some good saves and their defenders never allowed any mistake that will deny them the 3 point at Old Trafford.

We saw Mbeumo - Mount - Cunha trio in the attacking line today. I was waiting for Sesko on the front though. I can't say the general performance of the Red Devils was bad. They played quite well actually.

The only player I didn't like was Altay Bayindir. They conceded that goal because of his own mistake.    They could have got at least one point. But they should have been able score at least a single goal after all those attempts too...

I was not very impressed with how Arsenal played but I believe the three points is a consolation and a way to start this season. Their next game is against Leeds, many of us will hope to see Arsenal play better football that we know them to be able to play.
Disappointing game from Chelsea, with those kind of attackers, they should be winning every game but I believe they will improve from that, there are a lot of good signs to take from the game, for Manchester United and Chelsea.

Aston Villa fans showed off a hung giant banner in honor of Unai Emery. The display shown was really nice to watch, and the game was a tough one for both sides after Villa men got reduced to by 1 red card for denying a clear goal-scoring opportunity from Gordon.

Newcastle was at the advantage in the second half of their game and couldn't make it through the net. They did miss a couple of chances but during the second half, I was expecting Newcastle to score at least one goal but Aston villa were just so stubborn to give them that chance. it was nice one for them -- both team to compete strongly with a point shared in their opening game.

First Liverpool in Community Shield Trophy now Chelsea in first game of season Crystal Palace is surely going to be team to watch in this coming season because they are giving their best in these early games their defense and attack is having good balance.

Chelsea with greater ball possession not able to have any advantage which is good work from Crystal Palace because it's never been easy to have performance against a team which is winner of Club World Cup and playing at home. In second game of the day, Nottingham Forest is also doing good job and leading game by score of 3–1 against Brighton a good start for them challenges are waiting to them in coming games.

The game between Chelsea and crystal palace ended in a goalless draw at Stamford bridge, it shows how keenly the game is being contested among the two teams whom I think are really in a good form currently considering that the both side have played in two finals and have recently won two trophies amongst them within the last few months, for me it was a good game for the both side, although Chelsea dominated major part of the game but crystal palace sticked to their game plan and held Chelsea to a Draw game. Although crystal palace had a goal which was overturned by the VAR. Chelsea would have hoped to win their first game of the season in Stamford bridge but crystal palace defended well and make sure they get a share of the point at Stamford Bridge.

I’m just wondering why people aren’t talking about the sloppiness of this Chelsea team, a so called World Champions couldn’t defeat a team that finished in a second half of the premier league table, the attack was Shambolic, Joao Pedro was not making any impact in the game he lacked that decision making, it was surprising to me for a player who have been playing in the Premier League to be that awful in attack, And Cole Palmer wasn’t good enough in that game he was bad at his final passes, and why is people not talking about his poor Performance in the Premier League, Cole Palmer is yet to score and open Premier League goal for 8 months now, is that who should be considered for a Balon’ D Or nomination, I absolutely think he doesn’t deserve that nomination, I absolutely think he is just an overhyped English player, and he deserves to be Criticized by the English media, and they will not because he is one of their own, Should I be talking about Gittens and Estevao well all i can say to them is welcome to the Premier League, Chelsea have to understand that Winning the Club World Cup is different from Premier League which seems to me like a Pre-Season Tournament. Premier League isn’t Pre-Season. And how can you be called a World Champion when the Champion of England, Spain, Italy wasn’t even there. This Chelsea team I doubt would be able to qualify from the group stage of the UEFA Champions League.

MU played more entertaining today. The problem is they get bad result compared to their results last season. They always got draws against Arsenal in last seasons. Hard to call it's an improvement considering they're improved a bit in term of gameplay, but downgraded in the result.

As for Bayindir, yeah it was his mistake, but he's also performing consistently in this game. His club could conceded a few goals if he's not also performing quite consistent in this game. He needs to improve asap as his club's defense is still quite shaky.
He's also helping the club with his on point long pas. However, he's not good enough, and i'm doubting them to sign his replacement at this point.

There are a lot of issues for United, but beating Arsenal was already a monumental task and that is why they shouldn't really consider that to be something that can benefit anyone.

We need to consider how things could change, and because of that, we need to realize it is not going to be that complicated for anyone. It's clear that we are going to make a ton of money from betting on United to lose mostly. But even if United is getting better, this game could still be a loss.

It's been a long time since we've seen Manchester United dominate their opponents like that when competing against top teams. I was shocked at how well they dominated Arsenal despite losing the game, they continued pressing till the final whistle. Altar Bayindir needed to learn from this mistake, we believe there was a foul at the time, but he shouldn't have relied on the referee, next time, he should be more aggressive in defending his own position.

What a start by Sunderland! They have spent around 160-170 million euros this summer. Many players joined the team. It is a good investment to cling to the Premier League right after the promotion.

But will they be able to do so? We will see about that. Not most of the promoting teams have been able to do so recently.

I saw that in the opening match, Arsenal still seemed to be struggling, even though Man United had better control of the game. Amorim effectively utilized Cunha and Mbeumo. As a result, Manchester United's gameplay differed from last season. The performances of David Raya, Gabriel Magalhaes, and William Saliba were likely the best. They managed to prevent the goal from being scored. I observed David Raya making two crucial saves. So far in this match, Amorim has shown significant progress. At this point Bayindir ain't even better than Onana. He's just bang average goal keeper, and hope Amorim aware of this, then sign new goalie before the end of summer window.

MU will finish at the half bottom again if they still keep going with him. He lacks of discipline, and very often did minor mistake that cost his club a lot. No reason to defend him.
