I don’t think Manchester United would make it to top four this season, Because if you look at the team you will understand that Manchester United are going through a phase in the season, when I watched them against Burnley then I understand that the team haven’t really settled down between themselves, and I don’t see them improving immediately, not until the Manager someone like Ruben Amorim getting sacked, When you watch Liverpool, Arsenal, Chelsea aren’t very convincing to me just yet, and Manchester City seems to be going through some tough phase now, but I’m not going to write them off, and as for Tottenham will always remain Tottenham.

And what else could be expected if Manchester United were very passive in the transfer market, making only a few signings, which I think is far from enough.

As a football fan I can’t take Tottenham very seriously, I don’t think it’s just about beating Manchester City, Last season if you observe Tottenham you will understand that Tottenham always beat Manchester City, even home and away and even in the Caraboa Cup and Manchester City have not been very good last season, and this season I don’t think they are still good enough to challenge for the Premier League title, So Tottenham beating Manchester City doesn’t change anything for me, I doubt if they are going to make the Top four, if Tottenham are good or have improved they will not loose to Bournemouth like they did last week.

However Manchester United I don’t know what to say about them, but I’m always going to continue saying that Amorim isn’t the man for the Manchester United job, His style of play doesn’t suit the team, Well I could say that it’s just 3 games into the season, and I know people would say it’s too early to predict who makes the top 4, but we should know that the early signs are there that this Manchester United team have obviously not make any progress, and the signings they have made haven’t been very clinical.

I don't know man.. It certainly is difficult to see Manchester united finishing amongst the top 4 spot this season. Don't get me wrong. I'm optimistic on their performance this season especially as they've bolstered their squad with new great signings. We just need to see actual improvements in the form of wins and number of goals scored.
I also think Mbeumo is an amazing talent and his impact would be really felt during matches. Kudos to Amorin for bringing him into the club. Their gameplay seem to have improved from last season, we just need to see more goals and wins. They really need to do much better if they actually want to make it to the top 4 spot.

You are right, Manchester United with the nonsense they are playing has no business with the top 4 position, even an Europa League spot will still be difficult for them to achieve judging from what they are currently playing now. Frankly, Manchester United made good signings but I feel that isn't enough as the backline was almost totally neglected during the window. The like of Liverpool, Chelsea and Arsenal has already gotten the top 3 positions, it's left for City, Tottenham and the rest to fight for the remaining spot which I don't see Manchester United in it.

Yeah, Slot didn't spend last season apart from that just one signing and he won the league, frankly, initially people were not expecting Liverpool to win the league mainly because that was his very first season but as things started unfolding and the season started advancing and taking shape, Liverpool were in pool position for the league. This season that they have made these signings, it's naturally expected for them to win a major trophy and if they happen not to win any, it will be a disappointing season for them and the fans.

Do you think Manchester United needs more players? They've had a remarkable transfer campaign, spending a lot on the market. They're trying to do their best to find the best form for the league. It's been tough for them, even financially. It takes time to recover from a blow like that.

Yes, they needed more players and they failed to get them, seriously, I didn't see any remarkable signings they made during the transfer window. I'm not saying the three signings were bad but it definitely wasn't enough for them. My main focus is that their defence, they don't have the quality to protect that backline, just watch their games and see opponents usually dismantle the defence with ease.

We should be more concern seeing them qualifying for the next season than fight for the next spot. It's not like something change between last season and now, the last season they tried and do some show off after Erik Ten Hag left but right now, it doesn't look like Amorim is present in the game With Manchester United; if you want to see the next pain in the fans head, wait and see What Manchester City is going to do to them,in the next derby.

The only game Manchester United has won this season is the one they played with Burnley and had penalty. I was really surprised that fans were surprised  to win the match. I mean all that celebrations for Burnley, same team that struggled out to make it to the Premier League but celebration is everywhere like they won a big game. They can't win every game with penalty, they need to work on their performance to have a better result otherwise relegation will be calling.

Manchester United game play has certainly improved but, when we talk about them getting into the top 4, we have to look at all the teams they need to beat and I don’t see them doing that to be frank, they’ve got Liverpool, Arsenal, Manchester City and Chelsea which is much improved by the way. Manchester United don’t look like a team that could take them on and win, these teams could easily get 3 points from Manchester United and in games like these, you get the best chances to deal your way to a good spot on the league table.

The new season is still far long it is possible that Man united can improve very soon even if their play now is not very impressive, sacking manager Ruben Amorim won't be a good move he is gradually blending with his boys let's watch them play for 4 weeks before concluding if they will make it to the top 4 or not, we cant get it correctly clubs that will make it to the top 4 this season unimaginable things do happen in the english premier league Liverpool whom we are seeing to be the best club in the league now might get us all disappointed or even struggle to make it at the top 4 it is wrong to write off any club for now for it is just 3 matches that has been played so far we still have more matches to view.

Yes, this is what is always on my mind, even though their defense looks much better than last season, but with a defense like that, it still doesn't seem to be competitive enough in the Premier League competition and another thing that bothers me is why Amorim still uses his mainstay 3-defender formation which I actually think is not successful, as far as I remember, only Conte successfully implemented this formation in the Premier League a few years ago. Is it possible that this is all Amorim can do or is it true that United current defenders don't fully meet the criteria?

They're certainly not playing at their best and even with their new signings, I still don't see them finishing amongst the top 4 spot in the EPL. Finishing amongst the top 10 is more realistic with the way they're playing.
Yeah, Liverpool, Arsenal and Chelsea would likely fight for the top 3 spot as they've been in very good form lately and playing well. They've also bolstered their squad with new players. I do hope Manchester united would do away with their not so impressive performance and prove naysayers and skeptics(i included) wrong this season.

Although I am fully doubtful with the final result that Man United will get, but I will make sure by waiting and looking until the middle of this season. If Man United does not have an increase and continues to have a weak consistency, it can be sure that Man United will end the same as last season and Amorim is likely to be fired.

Indeed if Manchester United want to stay in the top four, they will have to develop a competitive mentality from now on because if they perform like before, it won't work at all. However this team has got off to a good start as they have some special players who are newly engaged with the team. Maybe it's not right that the Man United manager should be sacked because the players are adapting to his methodical approach, so now it's just a matter of time before this team is able to play relatively more dynamically. This team will have to work harder and more aggressively to be on par with the other top teams in the Premier League because we always see that the current champions Liverpool, Arsenal and Chelsea are alternately increasing their strength and confidence due to mutual conflicts.

Slot will definitely be pressured since he spend the most money in this transfer window,  but I believe Arteta will be in a lot more pressure,  because he has also spent a lot of money in the transfer window and also have not delivered a major trophy for six year that he has managed the team.
The both team has made a lot of signing and have spent a lot in the transfer window and I really expect them to have a good season. I also believe the league is between the both team. It's going to be a very interesting season and I will just sit back and see how it unfolds.

The weird thing is, I believe they have actually ruined their own squad by getting Isak. Because ekitike was amazing at striker, now Isak is at striker, and at left wing they are going to use 190cm Ekitike, and that's going to make him worse. They have spent 150 million on getting Isak, if they spent that much money on some left winger, they could have gotten some of the best players. Hell, it would not be impossible to offer Real Madrid to get Vini.

They would probably reject, but it wouldn't be too far off, or they could have simply gotten someone else that is great at Left wing basically. In any case, keeping Ekitike at striker would have been smarter, putting him there, just to get Isak, was a wrong move. We will see how they are and how the results will show.

Despite United conceding goals this season we can clearly see good improvement in their performances this season, at least they now play better than they were playing last season which to me is a good thing. Concerning the signings made, Mbuemo is no doubt a good signing but also Cunha and Sesko are also good signings for the club and will make good impression for the club very soon.

The performances of Manchester United are very understandable as they are still suffering from the time of their previous coach. Because they spend a lot of money to buy new players but the need was to identify their basic problems from where they are getting defeated. Because buying new players is not the guarantee to have success but overcoming the shortness will surely give you the confidence of being successful. The way they are destroyed will take some time to make improvements. I think it will be best in fact only it will be the best they give all their attention to the main causes of their failure then buying new players. They need to change their strategy they need to change their way of playing. Because when the frontline problems will be pushed behind then the success can pull for them.

I don't really see buying Isak as ruining their squad cause both are versatile players that can adapt from the flank and also be used as a top striker, so sometimes we could see them playing together or the coach could change into a formation that would enable both players play comfortably together as double attackers.

 The introduction of Isak is a major boost to Liverpool's squad, it even makes the squad looks scary, Isak is one of the best finishers and Hugo is a fast rising talent that's adapting very fast in the EPL so the combination of both is wonderful and would definitely help the team in times of fatigue and injury, also remember that Liverpool has lots of competitions to participate in this season.
