I really really bad for Burnley today. They did everything in their power to share points with Liverpool until the last minute of extra time.

Seriously Burnley played above my expectation today, I never expected them to give Liverpool difficult time in the match, I was even thinking the match would be a easy win for Liverpool, but they struggled to get a win in the match, they were just lucky to get a penalty towards the ending of the match, it would have ended as draw. Burnley wanted to share points with Liverpool, they tried their best, but they couldn’t achieve that, Liverpool were able to get three points in the match, and Liverpool are currently at the top of the table, and they are leading Arsenal which is in second position with 3 points.

Honestly that tackle didn't deserve a card, it felt like robbing and it somehow weakened their defensive prowress.  Liverpool have been lucky to be securing late winners in their last 3 matches. It was a boring match today but they somehow managed to pull off a win with the penalty kick by M. Salah

I didn't actually watch the match and before the game started I already felt inside me that it is going to be work over match for Liverpool but when I check LiveScore I was shocked to see goal less draw in first half and even till die minute but even with everything Liverpool was more on the game that's the possession when I checked and so the possession gave me confident that Liverpool will definitely win the match no matter how Burnley defend. You can not actually say the penalty was a robbing because if it was... I'm sure they would have call the referee after the game and I don't blame you because in case like this that's what people will always say but I must say that Burnley tried to defend till that minute.

Manchester City took advantage of United weak defense and netted 3 goals unreponded. Doku shows his masterpiece with two assists and Haaland with 2 goals. I think Amad started from the wrong wing. If he had played from the right from the first half, there would've been more pressure on the City defense. Mbeumo tried his best in that match but there was no other player who had the mind to test Donnarounma from distance. Manchester United needs serious revival of their team, the attacking coordination is zero and defense wise, they're nothing to write home about

They even kept all their players in defense and only left Foster on the attack, but in the end this tactic didn't have much effect because Liverpool were simply waiting for Burnley players to make mistakes in this match.

One red card and one penalty clearly showed that the situation was not very comfortable for them, and Liverpool did very well in this match.

With this result, Liverpool remain comfortably at the top of the table at the start of the season, with a 3-point lead, a solid team, and Isak as the answer for their attacking line in upcoming matches, which will undoubtedly boost morale and appeal for Liverpool.

Although the competition is still long, for now, I give Liverpool the best chance to win the EPL title.

I think you might have probably had a different view of things if you had watch that game because Liverpool were something else and I didn't believe my eyes seeing how sluggish they were on their attack because I know Liverpool of Old would have find.a way even before the time got to 70 minutes but they were not up to the defensive game play of Burnley and it was just luck that gave them that penalty to atleast secure the win.

Great game for Manchester City as they made a light work over Manchester United, 3:0 win after previous disappointing games will be a nice way of coming back to winning ways. Even though this city team is still far from the team that we use to know before but am impressed about the work that pep is doing in trying to revive this city team, but as for Manchester United there is still much work to do by Amorin.

Listening to Ruben Amorim post match conference and I can tell you that this is a very stubborn man, a very rigid coach and it might lead to his dismissal in Manchester United. It very obvious that that 3 man defense will not work with this Manchester United team, when you look at Manchester United it not as if they have much of a bad players but it the formation and style of play that is making them look bad.

This is the premier league and teams will always take advantage of your struggling times, next now they play Chelsea at home, I don’t want to talk yet but like this I don’t think they can beat chelsea. Not the players but Amorim is Manchester United biggest problem, any other manager would use this Same squad and have 50-60% winning rate at Manchester United.

Liverpool has been struggling since the start of the season and still manages to win their games, won 4 from 4 terrible performances; I think they own all their sold defense keeping their opponents out despite their attackers being toothless.

How's Amorim still holding his job after winning 8 games in 30+ games since he took over; the team is getting rotten by the day and the longer they keep him the worst it gets.

Yes it was a difficult game Liverpool today after all dominance and possession they won't have being able to bag the complete point if not the little mistake made by Hannibal the Burnley player trying to clear the ball in the 18 yard that lead to a penalty, it won't have ended in favour of Liverpool. The game indeed was never an easy one for Burnley because they where possessed without any atom of relief noticed in the Liverpool in as much as the game was concerns but had what it takes to stop all advance in there yard. With Burnley's playing pattern I think they will go are long way this season.

Manchester United is no longer the team they once were, so beating them is nothing special, and for City in particular, it's not a great achievement. But they will be more motivated in their next few games. Nevertheless, I see very big differences between the City of 2-3 years ago and the City of today, and I doubt that they will be in thr fight for the title this year. Pep will probably have to leave the team without restoring them to their former dominance.

You are right. Manchester City only just took advantage of the poor performance of Manchester United, with Manchester City defeating Manchester United in today's game. I don't think it is something special or a welcome back to the performance we used to know.

The red card also made it easier I'm sure if Burnley were complete they would have at least pushed for that draw, the red card pushed them way too deep than they played in the first half and you know when you sit too deep like that mistakes always happens and that was exactly what happened.

That's what a league winning team does. Not all matches are going to end with a 4-0 and 6-0 win. Sometimes the opponent is going to be stubborn, and you have to get a win at all costs, and Liverpool did that.

Mohammed Salah has been out of form since the league started. It's always normal for a player to have ups and downs. When I watch Liverpool's matches this season, I don't see them playing particularly well, but Liverpool know how to win. That penalty today clearly saved Liverpool. It seems to me that they're not playing to win the championship this season, but they could start playing better later. Even now, they're earning good points and finding a way.

I can't say what the problem is right now. Manchester United has struggled far too long and I think there could be something more to this. How can Ruben Amorim come from winning his last 11 games in Sporting to winning only about 8 league games in the last 10 months. Sometimes ago Peter Drury once said that match is like Monthly period, they win only once in a month. Manchester city still humiliated Manchester United again with such 3 : 0 margin. I don't know why everyone thought that Manchester United could win the game before the kickoff. I can't say what the problem is right now. Manchester United has struggled far too long and I think there could be something more to this. I was one of those people that thought Manchester United could win Man City, the reason why I was thinking that Manchester United can win Manchester City was because of their failure I was thinking they will pick up in order to make their fans happy but that did not happen instead they lost in a shameful way, I'm not happy with Manchester United and right now I really don't know what their problem is however I still believe Manchester United need a very good coach someone like pep guardiola a coach that is very skill and knowledgeable.

Probably they aren't putting their full energy on winning matches yet because they assume it's still to early to start a rush, and considering the fact that they are possibly and currently the only team that stand a good chance of re-winning the premier league title this season again gives them some kind of peace of mind seeing that they don't have much team to compete against aside possibly Arsenal who have been trying for several seasons now to win the title.

If this is the mentality that Liverpool are going to play this season matches with, I think they will likely drop their first position for another team to inherit in the near future.
But again, the night is still young, so I guess even if they lose one or two matches now, their chances of ending up become this season title holders is still high.

Burnley will never go places with such a weak perseverance mate!!! That was so irritating; at some point, I felt like the game was manipulated to go that way (and yes, I'm not still convinced otherwise) How do you commit a foul in the last minute of the game? I watched every bit of the game and all I can say is -- Liverpool had enough shots on target, but the keeper was just unbeatable.

A handball out of the blue was wild, but the game remains a game of passion and love... I know a number of persons that needed that to end in a draw, but several tickets were lost with that outcome. If they must keep the momentum, more goals are needed!

Liverpool had a very tough and hard game against Burnley, because Burnley wasn’t ready to play the game, they were only interested in defending and that was what they wanted to do with their game plan, and they never had any shot at goal, how can a team line up five defenders in front of the goalkeeper and 4 players in front of the 18 yard box and in front of the 5 defenders, and a lone striker in front of the 18 yard box, it shows that Burnley never really wanted to play football, and if you ask me Liverpool deserve to win the game, and that is what a big team does and that is what Champions does, they win ugly and win when it’s hard, most big teams will suffer to play against this style of play, if it was Arsenal that they played this style against it will definitely end in a stalemate(draw), every team will always suffer in this style of play in a team. Congratulations to Liverpool they are getting results, The difference between this game and the Manchester United game against Burnley was that Burnley came out to play the game against Manchester United, and scored them goals, if Burnley had came out to play against Liverpool it wouldn’t have been so difficult to defeat them.
