Looking For Storage Clustering Solution Architect 👨‍💻

 Joystream DAO is actively looking for a Storage Clustering Solution Architect to design, prototype and document Kubernetes and CEPH storage node implementation.

**Deliverable:**
- Design Kubernetes and CEPH storage node implementation for: NFS, block storage and object storage
- Prototype Kubernetes implementation that includes for each storage type:
- Colossus storage server
- Query node and joystream-node.
- Ngnix front end
- At least three storage CEPH integrated servers.
- Monitoring: Prometheus, nodeexporter, cadvisor, Grafana and alert manager.
- Full documentation of the implementation in Github.

**Requirements:**
- High availability
- Having access to highly performant and reliable IT infrastructure.
- Skills: Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, CEPH, docker/docker-compose, nginx or Caddy, GraphQl, Prometheus, git/github, bash/java script/Python
- Deliver within the agreed time frame.

Let me rephrase my concern, in case you misunderstood.

There are currently over a billion JOY in circulation, worth about a cent each.

30k JOY one time payment upon delivery, some room for negotiation

So you are offering $300 for a certified Architect (someone smarter than you and I put together), and you expect high availability as well?

How do you negotiate with that starting amount, and expect anyone other than scammers to reply?

lol, I'm a Software Engineer with years of experience and have architectured a few systems. I agree with you Vod, the stuff they're asking to implement is so niche and such a complex Infra Solution to develop. I don't see myself as a Software Architect just yet but since I've worked with a few, I can guarantee they won't even do a Cloud Consultation for that price.
