If I understand you correctly, you need a means to see all the threads and posts on your watch list on this forum.
 
Go to your profile. Click on the notification and email icon on the left side of your profile, and when the new screen appears, you will see "Automatically watch topics after replying to them." Click on the link below it, and it will take you there.

What is meant by Moderation option in that ? Only if moderator replies?

When you click watch, is that the same thing as subscribing to a thread?
I can see a the watch list now. There's only a few (5) there, yet I am certain they should be much more but I don't see the rest. Wonder what happened?

Did you ignore any board?

If topics in your watch list belongs to your ignored boards, you will not see them in your watch list. I test it already and you can test it too. Check you Ignored boards and if there are ignored boards in your list, untick them, you will see more topics in your watch list.

This would be moderation action, like moving the thread to a different board or thrashing the thread.

That is also a drop down option and if you tap on it, you get other options that you can select.

How do I find my watch threads list?

You can find it in the watchlist in the top left corner. Posts you have commented will be automatically added to your watchlist and you can also click watch in the top right corner if you want to monitor the thread without commenting.



There are 3 options that you can find there:

Show unread posts since last visit.
Show new replies to your posts.
Watchlist
