What are the current options that allow non-kyc withdrawal?

Bad idea unless you setup a high performance online server and lots of nodes to distribute your blocks to all the pools.
Even some of the pool don't do this (e.g. ck)

While people like the idea of running mining on crappy low performance hardware without good worldwide block distribution,
or worse, on home internet, that greatly increases the risk of losing that one rare block you might find.

Every time there is a block change, you're also hit with that information and thus if you are mining there also, that's bad.
