Actually ever since I purchased the battlepass for season 2 I am logged in for several days already. Before I made the purchase I had to log into my account every single time almost, even within the same day when let's say some hours passed since the last time I visited the site. I got the pass some days ago, maybe 5, and since then I didn't have to login once.

Maybe they could just expand that feature to all users, not just the ones which have purchased the battle pass

It will most likely increase the activity of whale casino overall.

I mean, it could of course be just a coincidence, but like I said, I was always logged out as well when I visited the website some hours apart. But since I got the pass I'm logged in for days now, just checked again by the way  . Maybe something changed in this time frame and the one has nothing to do with the other. Let's see what OP says.

Have you guys considered making a more persistent  login?

Currently, I have to login everyday  and thia makes me lazy sometimes  and probably other users too.

Can't you make the login persist for like 7 days or even a month?

That recurrent login need is indeed a bit of a hassle and maybe it's something whale should change, not to mention that sometimes, rarely to be honest,  the login cod sent by email is quite late ( like 20/30 mins or so).

Some time ago, there was a discussion here in the forum about emails with login codes not arriving. I never had this problem myself, so I can't verify it... but since there haven't been any more reports about it here, it shouldn't be happening anymore, right?

As for me, I have encountered this issue several times in the past, like 2-3 months ago, but recently that didn't happen. I was even logged in for almost a week until today, just had to login again but didn't any problem receiving the code. So yeah, I think this got fixed a while back.

it still happens to me from time to time , login code is late or it doesn't arrive at all.

Happened to me exactly 5 days ago but today is the forth day in a row I could login without any delay or inconvenience.

Am quite sure it is not something depending on my email provider anyway.

Ive seen too others concern regards with the emails but on my side its working fine and after the email confirmation code requested less than a minute I received already the confirmation. But currently I'm facing now with the telegram login because if you tried to connect with the device like PC and confirm with the phone or PC at the same time its not problem with this but if you tried to login with your phone and shifted the confirmation into telegram login and once you tried back the tab to the whale login there's telling an Server internal error.

Just a little suggestion here. I like the daily login promo where you can get a free battlepass after 14 days, that's s good idea. The problem is, what's with players that already have a battlepass because they bought it? There is no incentive for them at 14 days and they only would get something (free spins) after 28 days, which alone really is a very long streak imo.
I mean, they don't need a 2nd battlepass, right?

Maybe you should tweak the rules a bit?

It's nice really, atleast the free bet serves as a form of giveing back to the community even if it's not all the participants in the live broadcast who are going to benefit from the free bet giveaway, it still feels good for all to know that the opportunity of getting the free bet is available to all of if some persons aren't lucky enough to win the bet, they will likely be lucky in the next live broadcast.

Watching live stream consumes a lot of data and may cost extra expenses specially for those with limited data subscriptions, maybe this is what the casino realized and launched the free bet opportunity for those who participate in the live streams as a way to encourage more participation.

Yeah, it seems like this issue has been fixed... A few days ago, I logged in to Whale and received a code via email, with no delay and no issues with the code not arriving.
But why did the code go to the spam folder?
Arhh, it doesn't really matter as long as we receive the email code quickly.
