Glad yo hear your issue was resolved, but how long did it take for your deposit to get credited to your account?
I'm also interested to know what the support agent meant by "vetification of the transaction"? Well, the same thing happened to me last night. I had to contact support again, but luckily everything went much faster, and I didn't wait too long for my deposit to be credited.
