Yes, that's true. Some members might add their signature before being accepted into the campaign, and even after the campaign ends, some keep the signature without removing it. But in either case, I don't expect any of them to change the signature link because everyone is keen to avoid getting a red flag that would prevent them from participating in campaigns.

You're right, account hacking is one of the few situations where Phishing links can be posted, and thankfully, these are rare here on the forum, especially after enabling two-factor authentication to protect accounts.

Moreover, theymos can easily make any link on the forum non-working by simply blacklisting it, or ban any signature on the forum, as was the case with Yobit signatures in 2017.
