Is Solana still Worth buying??

Solona is very good project and the coins launched on Sol network has a very good record than any other chains. I think at current status buying above 150$ is over price buying. If I ever buy Solona I would buy at the price below 100$ for long term

I won't say 'very' good because there are times that it can experience an issue. I know there are no perfect cryptos but I will rather give that title to Bitcoin. I think you already know why. There is what we called 'trends' here in the crypto space.

Trends can sometimes go back. It could be that it was only the trend for Solana, making the illusion that the coin and projects under it are so good but you didn't realized what happened to it/them before, while it was the other projects are making waves that time. You think SOL is a very good project but it is funny on how you still doubt it by not buying at $150. Not only that but you said you are also in for the long-term. So, why can't you just do a DCA?

There's no such thing about being perfect even if we do speak about Bitcoin then it do have that scalability issues on which it is evident once the market is being flooded out by tons of transactions or simply with those spam tx's on which it do make the fees goes into the roof but in a normal day then everything looks fine and working. For other coins below it then they would be always having those targets to beat up Bitcoin on this sense and its true that everything will be basing up into the current hype or on whats the current trend. If its SOL then it would be then if there's that new project that climb up into the ladder then we will definitely be seeing another names. It all matters on how much and loud the noise that they will be making because if it do becomes that having that more mentions specially on social media then thats the current project on which that currently taking up the spot light. For buying decisions then it all matters into your choice and preference.

If you do believe on Solana then it will be that up to you whether you do DCA when it dips or make out some corrections or just simply get discouraged with it and find out on another? There are those times that we do get easily discourage whenever there are some price dips and make our portfolio red but on the moment that you had accumulated enough and the market reverses then you have been able to maximize out those profits and thats what we are that aiming for. Worth buying? Every projects specially sitting on top ranking ones are worth to buy but dont expect that they will be able to make out multiple folds in compared into those low cap coins in the market on which there's that significant difference in between.

Well Solana is making alot of gains in just this last week. The token is now up more then 8 percent after it did lose alot of the marketcap.
If you did stack some cheap SOL tokens then you did make some profit from that. It did break price point of $130 now the new target is $140. And there is some etf speculation so maybe SOL investors will make some more gains.

Well Solana is making alot of gains in just this last week. The token is now up more then 8 percent after it did lose alot of the marketcap.
If you did stack some cheap SOL tokens then you did make some profit from that. It did break price point of $130 now the new target is $140. And there is some etf speculation so maybe SOL investors will make some more gains.

It's good that now solana finally built its ecosystem not too focused on meme coin anymore since the rugpulls and scams will make it unsustaining.

It seems solana is trying to replicate what ETH is doing which is cultivating the ecosystem around Defi, and so on. but with faster and cheaper blockchain.

Well Solana is up more then 17 percent now only last 7 days. It is the most for all the top coins on the Coinmarketcap.
And the price has now passed a key resistance point. Now it is more then 30 day high. So I do think there is going to be alot of profit for us investors hodling this token.

^  Still prolly better to choose more promising L1's over SOL for a long term play imho.  And right now looking at Hyperliquid and Sonic would prolly be a good idea.

And there are other candidates like Berachain and the upcoming Monad TGE which the latter could get a ton of mind share from CT once it gets released.  Their airdrop is prolly cook too.  You could get more than 5k USDT if you played it right.  I could imagine more than 10k USD for some folks.

For now, if you talk about Solana coins, I see that there are various speculations that say Solana has a good chance for the future, there are several factors that according to experts speculate on Solana.
For example: innovation is still positively viewed by the community, ecosystem and also on market demand that still considers Solana to be a long -term investment.

So even though speculation is diverse, many experts believe that Solana is still a good choice, even though it all depends on you means hesitant to resign and be sure of going forward.

Solana is not a new coin but it has fallen very deeply with the decline of all altcoins.
Therefore, it may be worth buying but no one knows if this is the bottom for Solana. Even if you buy from here, the X you will make will be within certain limits because it is not a new coin and is a coin in the top 10.

Here's a simple argument for holding Hyperliquid instead of SOL, just from purely a trader's perspective...  HYPE has been starting to trend up against SOL since the day BTC bottomed out and bounced starting April 8.  Not really sure how long the trend will last but it's still looking good rn.

Well now there is more 'bullish' news for Solana hodlers. A Prague based crypto venture capital firm called RockawayX now will invest $125 Million more into Solana focused startups.
The Founder and CEO Victor Fischer is so 'bullish' on Solana. And in the next month he will open a 'Solana City' in Dubai.

Don't get me wrong, though. ETH will still be #1 in terms of market cap. But most of the money will move into Solana instead. This means a higher TVL among "De-Fi" smart contracts. For complete peace of mind, I'd suggest you buy both coins (SOL + ETH) instead of "putting all of your eggs in one basket". Who knows what mysteries will such cryptocurrencies unlock in the future?

If we remember correctly how US gonna support US-based crypto, it's pretty obvious what solana is going to be in the future.
This coin will be prioritized for something like reserve and so on. Aside from bitcoin, solana make the most logical investment instead of ETH with its ETF that keep having big outflow.

Well Solana is now up more then 15 percent in only the last 7 days. There is alot of 'bullish' talks about this token making some very big gains in this 'bull run' that did start.
And now Solana bulls are targeting price point of $261. A SOL token is now $174 so we still have some more gains to make before we do see this price. But I am still going to hodl them.

Well, that "money" is only temporary. Especially when Solana is full of hype. Once whales and VCs get bored of Solana, they will move on to the next big thing. At the time of this writing, SOL has been unable to reach a new ATH. Even with the craze surrounding "meme" coins (tokens) on its own Blockchain network. ETH is in the same boat (no new ATH since 2021), but it's a much better investment because of its tried-and-tested blockchain network.

Whenever SOL is worth buying or not, it's up to you. Just remember to diversify in case things go south in the long run. I'd "hodl" ETH, SOL, and BNB for complete peace of mind. Nothing is set in stone, so anything can happen in the future.

So between ETH and SOL, ETH is the obvious choice to many. That said, we cannot underestimate Solana's potential of rising all the way to the Moon in the future. After all, it's faster and cheaper than Ethereum.

At the time of this writing, Solana is one of the most popular (if not the most popular) smart contract platforms for "meme" coins/tokens. The craze has propelled SOL towards new heights. If this keeps up, SOL might reach a new ATH soon. It'd be best to buy and "hodl" both ETH and SOL for complete peace of mind. Who knows? You might get lucky someday. Just avoid investing more than what you can't afford to lose, and there should be nothing to worry about.

Well now Fidelity has filed a S1 form with SEC to launch a spot Solana ETF called  'Fidelity Solana Fund'. It will want to mirror Solanas performance based on the Fidelity Solana Reference Rate index.
In last 24 hours price of SOL tokens are up 1 percent. But I do think this can give us hodlers some gains for this 'bullish' news.

You are mistaken. Having a few outages over a few years is not important for an altcoin. You may think that it is, but in that case you are exaggerating. The wider sentiment and the largest group of users find this acceptable or normal. The reason these few outages are being used as an argument is because there is not that many arguments to be had against Solana when comparing it with ETH.
