@blackjack.fun when you will bring back the live support since I remember you are still using the ticket type of support which all concerns is sent through email.

I have to say that replies via email sometimes are not received. I got 2 answers to my questions from admin Eva on my email, however, the question about how the cashback works remains unanswered for a long time now. I believe that live support is a highly needed option for Blackjack. It would make the communication and resolving potential inquiries much faster and easies for both: the user and the admins.

I received this mysterious cashback when I’m still active playing here starting from January to March this year. Other user received this cashback too despite not a participants on the signature campaign.

We speculate before that it’s from the VIP reward since Blackjack.fun old VIP system gives fixed Bitcoin in weekly basis if you wager certain amount but we are confused on where this cashback go after a notification that we received it.

It is definitely not payments for signature campaign, cause amounts are different, plus I received those mysterious cash backs more often than signature payments. I believe someone from the Blackjack team will finally give us some explanation and it all will become more clear.

It is really cool how Blackjack organizes these free raffles and contests, giving players the opportunity to win good prizes for free. There are still a couple of slots left to be filled in this one, you could probably implement a new rule that would allow users take up to 3 slots for future raffles. It will help to get the slots filled up faster.

I think that is the signature payments  as it comes every week in my account.

I'd say that there are several typical transaction descriptions and the cashback option is used for the signature campaign payments as the easiest way of organizing this process. So there can probably be some other transactions which can have the same definition. Probably some users get some other rewards with this description for some actions as well.

Yeah, that is true and you can disconnect from the staking at anytime you wish to do so. The risk is also very low as your staked coins would not be on the casino's pool:

Your coins will not be active on the casino pool, hence they are protected from any form of danger.

i am surely going to try this one out with funds i am not ready to gamble with or funds i do not want to withdraw yet.

Don't blow your hard earning signature payments though, not a good idea.
Remember, casino are always out to get your money, so be very careful. For exactly this reason I will always prefer direct payment over in house payment for a campaign. The temptation is big when you get funds credited straight to the site.  

An investment feature though is nice, hope that works well. The design looks a bit strange though, like looking through water.
This picture is 1:1 how it looks like for me, somehow dizzy. Only the "make your money for for you" looks clear.



I have tried out the site with some 50$ I won from a prediction contest. A lot of stuff still isn't working even though the site exists for quite a while.
When you go to your profile page a lot of stuff is still "coming soon", for quite a while now. Can't click on "profile", "quests", "transactions" and other stuff.
Even "statistics" is not working yet and I guess there is also no betting history, at least I didn't find any.

There really is still A LOT to be done on the site.

I really like the design of the blackjack.fun site, it is very stylish, very beautiful and at the same time very innovative. 
Navigation around the site is intuitive, and this (in my opinion) is the most important thing in online casino sites.  After all, time is money! 
What could have been done even better?  What can be improved in website design?  By going to the Deposit tab, you can display your balance expressed in BTC, mBTC, uBTC and sat.  Personally, I find it convenient (maybe other users have different preferences) to see my balance expressed in Bitcoin, but unfortunately the site only displays a limited number of decimal places. 
For example, my current balance shows as 0 bitcoins, but in fact my balance is currently $18.32.  This may be a small thing, but if it could be fixed, it would make the user experience even better in my opinion! 
It should be noted that I played in different online casinos, and saw different examples of sites, the design of the blackjack.fun site stands out for the better among them.  I really like him!

I haven't tried it yet but I will try this because sometimes I'm too lazy to make a bet instead of my wager capital will sleep on the wallet It is ideal to make an investment, and still a good thing because there's a passive income that can be used to bet for the next games.

Do I have one experience once I click the "Affiliate" it always re-direct to the login page?.

Also on the "Buy Jack" token, there's a visual bug when trying to enter an amount. Also its good feature if BFJ, have an amount filtering like hide zero balances.

Yeah, that is true, if you click on 'browse' and then 'affiliate', it would redirect you to the login page. However, if you click on 'your profile' when you are logged in, you can easily click on 'affiliate', and it works fine that way, and wouldn't redirect you anymore.
