Hello everyone,

I’m posting here because Blackjack.fun has been holding my 26,015 USDT withdrawal for over two weeks with no response. I submitted the request on January 29, 2025, and as of today, February 13, 2025, it’s still stuck in "Pending." (withdraw_history)

I already completed KYC verification (kyc_complete) and even successfully withdrew 15,000 USDT on January 27, which is visible in my transaction history. But now, for some reason, my current withdrawal is just sitting there with no update.

I contacted support through their on-site message system on February 4, got no reply. I reached out to live support on February 5 (log_02-05) and 6 (log_02-06_1 and log_02-06_2), where they told me my withdrawal would be processed "soon." But when I asked how soon, they just stopped responding. On February 6, I sent an email to [email protected] and [email protected] (email_inquiry_02-06), but I have yet to receive a response.

My Blackjack.fun username is palapoc in case a representative needs to identify my account.

Is this normal for Blackjack.fun? Do others here also have to wait weeks for withdrawals? And what’s with their support team straight-up ignoring inquiries?

If you are an old user there should be no problem but if you are a new user then I am afraid it will take longer to process because in the last 6-7 days I saw an increase in betting activity from new users so I assume the team did a thorough inspection. I don't know how I should say it, that you can't rely on the support team because they are known to be very slow in responding. All you need to do is wait patiently and occasionally check your email for updates, back to the first question if you are old users then there is no need to worry.

I have a very similar situation, but with a much smaller amount (only 120 USDT). Some 20-25 days ago I made a withdrawal (40 USDT) and then nothing happened for days. They answered me once on live support and briefly replied that it would be soon. They didn't even respond to the second attempt to contact live support. After all I made cancel withdrawals and played for a while. On 07.02. I made a new withdrawal (120 USDT), but it is still pending at the moment. I also sent two emails to their support, but I have no answer so far, and 5 days ago I uploaded the documents for verification, although they did not ask me to do so. I am an old user (more than two years) and so far I have had 6-7 withdrawals in smaller amounts and there have never been any problems. This is a very strange situation now. I didn't expect the support to ignore me, it's quite unprofessional

I confirmed now that there’s no regular rakeback anymore. Only the tournament rakeback is now the rakeback they are offering which is sad since you need to secure position just to have this rewards.

Damn, that's harsh!! No rake back is an absolute no go when every other sites pays it. Well, at least we know now, thanks for checking and confirming this unfortunate fact, I appreciate it! It's sad though we have to find out this (hard) way. Communication between the site and players seems non existent, if with such an important cut of incentives.
Knowing this I will most likely not use BJ anymore since canceling even this here is nothing left. They don't have weekly/monthly/rake back/drops or other things. Pretty sad. After cashing out my token (hopefully I can but I bet the price will suddenly drop 60% or more the day they release it, just like the miraculous 150% rise the day the event started, with 250$ in trading volume) I will close my account.
By the way, my questions to the support are still unanswered and for whatever reason my transaction history suddenly is wiped clean, no previous deposits and withdrawals can be seen. It's all very strange atm.

I actually really liked the site but with close to 0 incentives and no improvements/additions it's hard to find a reason to play here.



Communicate is always our complaint about this casino even before since they do update VIP benefits, promotion and tournament rewards without any official announcement. They sometimes just do it on the chatbox but it was easily flooded so only few users back then knew the update.

I agree that having no rakeback as part of the VIP rewards is not good considering they only rewards level up bonus after a huge wager was made which most casino have rakeback, cashback and level up bonus as benefits for VIP.

I have received absolutely no notification from support, but I can no longer log into my account. When I log in, I get a message: banned!
The good news is that they paid me USDT into my wallet.
I still think the level of communication is below the minimum level of professionalism.

Glad to hear that your withdrawal has been processed even the consequence is that your account is banned, we can't refuse your opinion about support service because it is a fact. You are lucky to get a full withdrawal while in other casinos they may only process based on your deposit while winnings will be frozen or withheld. By the way do you know the reason your account was banned? because it is usually related to illegal activities and we know Blackjack.fun has many weaknesses that can be exploited, I don't think they banned you for no reason especially you are one of the high rollers which of course every casino needs.

Sad to see but also good as a warning. I did not receive any reply from the support, not 3 weeks ago to some other question, and not to the questions about rake back and so on I sent like 5-6 days ago. Guess they don't take this serious anymore. They also gave up here so it seems. Once there was a signature and giveaways, first the campaign ended and now there is nothing anymore. The only interaction was them deleting my post like 2 weeks ago.  Roll Eyes

I have same experience of delayed withdrawal in the past due to the admin needs to manually approved my withdrawal while they are not aways online during weekends and their shift is not 24/7.

However, they improved already their shift that makes my approval of withdrawal is less waiting time but still I sometimes need to wait. Sometimes, if there’s an investigation going to an account it took couple of weeks or months unless the casino is push to make a decision by a community pressure.

Have you tried reaching out to their customer support on the casino website? Because January 25th till date is a month time and if what you are saying is true and the reason for funds restrictions is actually not from your end then you can start up a scam accusation thread about the casino on scam accusation board.

Although I haven't seen any fault or complaint from users using this casino till date and they have been very active at it so let's see what there representative will say to this your claim.

For whatever reason bj support is very unresponsive these days. I have sent 2 messages 2 weeks apart, the first maybe 1 month ago, and I haven't received a reply yet. Tbh, I have lost a lot of support and trust in this site lately. No replies to emails, taking rakeback away from users without informing them, the strange and shady looking bjf token mining event, and more are quite concerning.
The mining event ends on Saturday by the way, and well to no surprise after the sudden rise of the token right at the start for no reason (with 250$ trading volume  Roll Eyes ) it now, after 3 weeks of staying the same price, slowly declines because we are going towards the end of the promotion.
Don't forget, the token isn't even out yet, and the price once went up 150% out of nothing, and now declines out of nothing -> artificially pumped and now dumped, 100% sure. Sad to see.
I wouldn't be surprised if this site is gone in the next 12 months or so.

The admin and representatives are very hard to contact whenever they become silent mode in the forum. But I have high confidence that they will not run away considering that they received more fundings with their token.

I would recommend you to open a scam accusations in this forum (if you haven't done that already) and post there a detailed statement of the problems you are having with some screenshots. We have experienced people on this forum who can take a look at it and maybe also put some pressure to the support of blackjack.fun to help getting this issue resolved.

If we say they disappeared, it's not quite right because I think they are investigating issues with user accounts, I know there has been a surge of new users with high wager lately and there is a possibility that they exploited a Bug. Unfortunately this investigation has an impact on existing users who play normally, that's why we don't see the old players on the leaderboard anymore, yeah it might be due to the same problem pending withdrawal. Basically I do not support the Blackjack.fun team's move clearly this will disturb the comfort of the players and think about looking for another casino.

I am not really aware of the issue. They have done some work on the update, I hope Blackjack.fun will survive and come back with some of their great promotions including improvements in support services. In the past, many users gave feedback regarding some of the displays on the website that were not appropriate, as well as some parts where the information seemed blurry which has not been resolved until now.

See? This magically worked right after posting in this thread. FYI, Blackjack.fun had another ANN thread and they locked it sometime in 2023 and then they created this self-moderated thread so they can delete posts that they do not like. You have been waiting since 7th January and today is 27th February. It's been 50 long days and they did not release your withdrawal.

You got your withdrawal within 48 hours of posting your problem here. This actually made me think that if you wouldn't post it here, they would take another 50 days without any response. I hope blackjack.fun have some kind of explanation what was reason of such shady behaviour.
