Are you marketing your exchange service? We can easily start to know from there that it is legit if your answer is yet. Being able to market your service means you are capable to some extent than not marketing it at all.

That is true. It does not means that they will not provide good service but they have to let people know that we can trust their exchange. That is one of the powers of marketing. But most importantly is that more people will know the exchange site and use it. There are many reputable exchanges these days, I do not think I can use the one that are new and not marketing. A new exchange that is not marketing is likely from scammers.

Let's watch them for a few months or half a year. When a project is serious and wants to build a name for them in any community they will show some signs of network building, it does not have to be marketing only. In the mean time we will also see reviews from different platforms. Trusting a new service is hard but it also true that building trust takes time and once people will start noticing the service they will use the exchange.

I cannot register with two names, it says the format is invalid and I have to use just one. The currency option also has a drop down but there is no other option available.

What's most worrying about the site is all the necessary icons at the bottom; Contact us, ToS, Privacy Policy etc all have no relavant info, but rather a whole lot of word jumbo which is repeated over and over again.

If the website is still a work in progress and should not be released until completion as first impression counts a lot especially for a financial service.

What we have all learned from our experience in this field is that we should never believe any service that claims to provide all aspects of privacy to users because this cannot be achieved in the long term, especially if the service becomes popular and becomes well-known. Any central platform that does not impose identity verification procedures means that it will turn into a mixer over time or into a scam, both of which will be pursued by the authorities. Even if these claims were acceptable to some extent during the service launch phase as part of a marketing strategy, this could be considered a lie and an attempt to manipulate the intentions of users.

I am not trying to ruin your business, mate, if at all it's genuine, but you need to be 100% honest in order to build trust. On the internet, especially when it involves money (cryptocurrency), we have all reasons to be paranoid. However, when we see several loopholes, we start to doubt about the intentions of the service.
