Results are bad and Manchester United owner probably wait for terrible results to sack Ten Hag.

Are they not getting a terrible result yet? They have played three matches in Europa League, and haven’t been able to win any match, that’s embarrassing. Manchester United performances have been so poor since last season, they have been playing so poorly in both the Premier League and Europa League. From the way Manchester United are playing currently, I think Ten Hag doesn’t even know how to solve the current Manchester United problem, they just have to let him go and get a coach that can fix Manchester United. Ten Hag was given money to sign some players, which he did, but there is no changes in Manchester United’s performance,  he prefers to even make use of the players that have been in the club since than the players that he just signed recently.

If Man United want to sack Ten Hag soon and replace him with a new coach, Xavi is a more reasonable option. Although Xavi doesn't stay a long time in Barcelona, he could build Barcelona with many talents. He left Barcelona after Barcelona has many talented players. If Man United board want to have a long term project with Man United squad, Xavi is the right coach. Xavi knows well how to build a squad from the scratch. Xavi also has a very tactical person, he knows it because he was the player who became the mastermind of Barcelona attacking. I think not a lot will change about the current standings. A lot of teams that we expected to do well in the UEL so far haven't activated yet. See teams like Man Utd and Porto that we expected to be at the top of the table are far behind. Iirc, Porto played in the Champions league last season but they're currently struggling in the UCL. Not much might change in the coming weeks. This system is really Intriguing and to think that it's bringing the league feel to the Europa make it more interesting unlike the former system where team just focus on gathering the points and they later get to a point where they qualify for the next round but with this system, it's different they have to maintain a position around the top of the table to secure a better chances to qualify to the next round and the dynamic of the table is another point of Interest where we get to have several teams going up and down the table.

Actually, it is a little misunderstanding here. However, no one contacted about the Leverkusen coach is Xabi Alonso but rather former Barcelona coach —Xavi Hernandez. If the opportunity arises, Barcelona legend Xavi has even declared himself interested in steering United amid his experience and success with heading Barcelona. In the meantime, a number of top sides are keeping tabs on Xabi Alonso and City could make their move if Guardiola decides to become national team manager. Xavi's Man United appointment could provide a fresh approach for the club, but do they need to find an identity in Premier League as well?

Should Xavi Hernandez become United coach he may also bring his own tactical school, going by the Barcelona style of keeping possession and quick short passes. This type of philosophy may invigorate United who in recent seasons have been inconsistent and at times lack integration between the individual performances from star men.

I don't think that there's any hope for United of qualifying to the round of 16, because Ruud van Nistelrooy will need to understand the players capabilities, and blend them into his own game pattern, which might be a big challenge for him.
