This match was not as expected even though Frankfurt was able to score first in the early minutes of the first half, falling behind first, not long after Lyon was able to equalize to draw. Clearly, there is no other demand than to improve Man United performance, that is the only reason the club appointed Amorim as Ten Hag successor. Beşiktaş and the other Turkish teams are quite inconsistent comparing to teams playing in major European leagues. Personally, I don't follow a lot the odds on these types of matches and Beşiktaş is a team that has serious problems to collect the 3 points. Same goes for Fenerbahce which lost by two goals against Athletic Bilbao and Galatasaray took a point, at least, from Malmo.

So, although Manchester United managed to turn things around but still, Manchester United still really need time to be able to enter the candidate for the trophy. Yeah, I expected Frankfurt to win as well, considering what's going on with Lyon these days, I am quite sure that I never expect them to win any game, even against bad teams, Lyon must have some morale drop because of what's going on as well. I mean the mistake wasn't really a mistake, they knew what they were doing, they didn't had the money to make 100+ million worth transfers and they did it anyway, have absolutely no clue why, maybe they assumed they were about to sell some players for a lot of money so that is why they did it?

I have no clue to be fair but they did, and when you spend more money than you have, or at least financial fair play allows you to spend, then you will end up like this, there is no doubt. In any case, they are showing resilience and trying their hardest to keep it going and they are still looking pretty decent. Beating Frankfurt is a good proof of that, I would say Frankfurt is clearly a better team, but that doesn't mean we are going to end up seeing Lyon beat everyone neither.

I disagree. Ruben Amorim knew what he signed up for and he is more than capable to significantly transform Manchester United into a winning team again. Their recent Europa Europa match against plzen saw Manchester United produce a brilliant result as they dominated the game from the beginning to the end and if not for the costly error of onana united would have had a clean sheet in that match. Manchester United under Ruben Amorim has gradually started to display a strong winning mentality and I am sure with time Ruben Amorim will be able to turn United into champions once again.

While I do agree that Europa isn't a big task for United, it's also not an easy feat neither. It is quite tough to consider what kind of opponents they may face, and it is not always that easy, this isn't their first time in Europa lately, they have been here a few times and they do lose, and I think that's the most important part. If they end up losing like this then we are going to end up with some issues without a doubt, I think that's the most important deal and for that reason I think it's quite clear that we need to end up wit ha greater approach here on premier league.

If they want to win Europa that's great but they may not win it all, and if they do fail, they won't be in any UEFA competition next season at all, it's better to have something much simpler, it would guarantee a bit of happiness in the end for sure.
