Porto vs Roma can be considered as a big match on playoff stages this because these teams have long history in this competition and yesterday i have been watching the match between Roma vs Frankfurt which i can see the progress of Roma under Ranieri is much better so if Roma can play like they beat Frankfurt i think they have good chances to overcomes Porto besides that i have seen Porto records during group phase is not really good because they were suffering 3 loses from 8 matches and almost not qualified

In this play-off round, anything can happen and we cannot compare Roma and Porto performance in the preliminary round and in the current play-off round. What I saw was that Roma was able to beat Frankfurt because Dino Toppmöller team gave Roma and Frankfurt a chance to perform less than optimally. Just imagine if Frankfurt could perform optimally, Roma would definitely lose. Because Frankfurt position was safe, they gave in to give Roma a chance to qualify for the play-off round. Meanwhile, Porto is one of the teams that has great experience in big competitions and cannot be underestimated. On the one hand, Porto will play at home in the first leg and if they can get a bigger aggregate score, Porto chances will also be very big. And Roma chance is only to survive not to concede a large number of goals.

However they are in this play off round, it does not mean that their opponents give their opponents a chance, in this case Frankfurt to AS Roma, because basically they are a professional team, so this is also thanks to the hard work played by AS Roma.
I agree, this match is one of the big matches in the European League, both teams have big names so I hope this will be a very interesting match. But besides that I also hope that AS Roma will be able to play a good game, because in several appearances, AS Roma are the ones who do not play well so that gives a big chance to their opponents.

Man United performed quite well in the Europa League not having a defeat only 3 times the series was quite good than other teams but still their problems in the Premier league still cannot be determined while up to here Man United has qualified enough with Spurs.

Although in the Premier League does not have a long hope while in this tournament Man United can be able to chase the trophy even though it is a bit heavy, but I think Amorin can go further in this tournament.

In last 7 games, they are having 5 wins and 1 lost which are encouraging sign but still it's going to be not easy for them to have any good chance for going into top ranks while their coming 2 games are also good for them both at Old Trafford first against Crystal Palace and then Leicester City.

This game against FCSB surely have good impact on their moral and also will give them good motivation, but they needed to be done something serious for setting their dressing room issues which are now creating chaos specially Rashford issues is serious which needed to be fixed for good moral of team.

It's not easy to tell how good Manchester United really was as their opponents so far were Twente (1-1),  Porto (3-3), Fenerbahce (1-1), PAOK (2-0), Bodo/Glimt (3-2, very close), Pilzen (1-2), Rangers (2-1) and FCSB (0-2). Now that Manchester United is stumbling in the Premier League and expectations have been significantly reduced, it looks as if they have been doing very well in the Europa League. But years ago nobody would have been impressed by this performance. All these opponents should be quite easy games for them.

What is good about their Europa League performance is the trend because they began with three draws in the first three games, but then won the last five games, which is of course a sign of improvement at least in the Europa League. But it should be taken into account that they scored the winning goal against Pilzen after 88 minutes and the winning goal against the Rangers after 92 minutes. It is all much closer than it looks now.

It seems that Ranieri has brought Roma out of its nosedive and Porto is consistently strong, I don’t even know who to consider the favorite here. Judging by the odds for the first game:

Roma is considered the favorite since even away, Roma's chances are not so bad.

If you look at the odds in the first match, Porto is more favored than Roma because in this first match Porto will play as the home team and their meeting statistics in the last 5 matches Porto won 2 times and Roma won 1 time but they drew 2 times, in this play-off match it will be a determinant between the two teams and the best will advance to the last 16, actually their performance is almost the same in the UEL so it is quite difficult to see who will win.

The match is hard to predict and will be the most interesting. I expect Roma to be able to win Porto despite their ugly situation this season. On the other hand, Porto looks more promising than Roma and based on record, Porto is the favorite. It will be a torque of war, and both teams will want to put in their best to see how they can outperform their opponent and advance to the round of 16.

And I, as a Man United fan, think that it will be a big loss if Man United releases Garnacho to Napoli. He is one of Man United's wonderkids, his potential is very large, so Garnacho is very worthy of being maintained by Man United.

Maybe the coach is just trying to make Garnacho understand that he is not indispensable from the team so that he can put in more effort to become better because once a player starts thinking that they are untouchable in a team, the chance of their performance to reduces increases then. Some of these players need a wake up call and if he doesn't move in this window before it expires it will be a wake up call for him to really put in more effort to impress the new coach so as to maintain the first team selection.

Garnacho needs to improve his quality and sharpness on the field in order to become a more reliable striker. The reason is, throughout this season he has only been able to score 7 goals and 5 assists in 33 matches with Manchester United in every event. Of course, this record is still far from what coach Ruben Amorin expected.

Meanwhile, in this season's transfer market, one of their strikers had to move clubs on loan, some time ago there was an agreement between Man United and Real Betis regarding the loan of Antony for half a season. With Man United, Antony's performance was not so impressive and was always the subject of ridicule by football fans. And I hope together with Rela Betis Antony can return to his best performance on the field, before later at the end of the season he returns to play for Man United.

The reason is that even though Man United is filled with expensive players, currently some players have lost their best performance, which makes other clubs have to think twice when they want to bring in Man United players. There are teams like Napoli who are trying to lobby one of Man United's players, but it seems that Ruben Amorin is still reluctant to let go of the player, because the player does have a fairly important position in the team. Alejandro Garnacho is a player who is currently being targeted by Napoli to replace Khvicha Kvaratskhelia who is now wearing a PSG uniform.

And I, as a Man United fan, think that it will be a big loss if Man United releases Garnacho to Napoli. He is one of Man United's wonderkids, his potential is very large, so Garnacho is very worthy of being maintained by Man United.

For the amount of money Manchester United spend on their current players, if they spend on new players, they can buy much better quality players. Maybe Manchester United bought these players at the time they performed well at the time as well as the young footballers who were young footballers thinking that they would do well in the future but they are not performing accordingly. Now the Manchester United manager should sell expensive players and come up with a new plan to bring quality stars to Manchester United. 

Manchester United needs changes in all positions from defense to midfield forward and goalkeeper. When quality players are at Manchester United, the manager can certainly bring the team back to good form by making some tactical changes.

Galatasaray are going to face AZ in knockout phase play-offs... I'm always nervous while following my club in the Europa League. I don't want to be like this.    But our defense is so bad that I can't help myself.

In our last game, our coach Okan Buruk interestingly preferred Kaan Ayhan as RB while we had Jelert who was way better in that position. This also caused us to be more vulnerable. And we didn't have a natural LB either because of Jakobs' injury.

So I only hope our chairman to think healthily and focus on signing a LB, RB (if Jelert won't be used) and maybe a CB too. We need this otherwise AZ can eliminate us which wouldn't be surprising.

Roma is a favorite, but we shouldn't forget about Fenerbahce who is trainer by Jose Mourinho. I don't expect too much if that club would go so far because their performance is not so appropriate in the group stage. they're almost eliminated but helped by Lazio because it only conceded 1 goal when meet Braga. And, As we remember Mou is a person who have specialisation on Europa. He has experience winning the conference league, Europa league, and of course champions league which I think he could be bring Fenerbahce go far from playoffs. Fenerbahce in good performance, they just won 4 matches in the row in the Turkish league, This is certainly capital for him to increase the mental squad. 

Roma are the favourites only in this particular game, if we talk about the whole tournament, they are in 5th or 6th place (which is not bad at all if you remember how they were doing before Ranieri). As for Mourinho and his specialisation in European competitions, it will be interesting to see what he achieves with Fenerbahce. If I'm not mistaken, the only club with which he hasn't won any title at all is Tottenham.

Every club will definitely want the weakest opponent from the available clubs later, I think we should not be hypocritical to say that in the draw we need a bit of luck to face a club that will be very profitable for us.
Likewise with Manchester United, they will definitely expect an opponent who is weaker than them on paper. But this is a hope and in reality they could get a very strong opponent. In the term of conceded AZ Alkmaar is much better than Galatasaray this because AZ Alkmaar only conceded 13 goals during group phase and i know Galatasaray has Osimhen who possibly can scores but the most important is Galatasaray have to strengthen their defense and first leg will be helded at AZ Alkmaar home ground i am sure AZ Alkmaar will attempts to beat Galatasaray to secured their position on second leg

Manchester United are into the last 16 with an impressive record without a single defeat through the group stage. It’s something that should be appreciated especially after they finished third in the qualifying round. However, in this knockout stage, there are no weak teams anymore.

All the teams which have reached the last 16 are good. Nobody goes through just by luck or getting weak opposition. From here, it is the real test.

United may not care who they play so long as they continue to progress. But the real test comes when they play strong teams; are they really prepared to compete at this level or not? After all, it is not just getting through but how they face worthy opponents in the next stages.

The match will be played two legs, home and away,so there will always be a chance for both teams to advance to the next round.About Galatasaray  losing their last match against Ajax,but Galatasaray still qualified for the play offs but that too might be a pretty disappointing result.Because after all, basically Galatasaray has a chance to be able to finish in the top eight if they manage to beat Ajax. But yes, it is very  unfortunate  that Galatasaray failed to get the target victory  in the last match. These are two big clubs in their local competitions so it is undeniable that this match will still be interesting because in addition to the layout of their strengths almost balanced, we also realize that looking at the experience of the two clubs actually this match will be more suitable in the bigger phase when compared to the play off phase. This is the same as Manchester City's match against Madrid in the Champions League because it is too early to do.

But on the other hand with their performance in the Europa League it is actually quite natural that they meet in the play offs because indeed the results they got before in 8 league phase matches were not too good for them.

We're in the middle of the season, a period clubs in Europe will do everything to maximize the potentials of their players and at such, I don't expect Manchester United to let an important player like Alejandro Garnacho to leave the club at this time and join Napoli. Just like you said, they need the Argentine is a big asset for the Manchester club as they fight to win the UEFA Europa League competition this season.
Marcus Rashford is the player that the manager have deemed surplus to requirements at the club and if there's any player that's more likely to leave, I think it'll be him. Manchester United are one of the favorites to win the UEL trophy this season and if Ruben Amorim can continue his impressive run in the competition, I think they might end up with the trophy

Good luck to your team. I like that you accept the fact that Manchester United was lucky to face smaller teams in the first round. Even while playing against the small teams they get to struggle at some point. Well, i can understand that Manchester United is not in their best form this season.
Just so you know the next stage is not going to be easy or friendly. Your club may not be lucky anymore to have to play weak opponents. Just get ready to sing a song from the lamentation.

I don't think Manchester United needs Garnacho to having a really solid firm to getting to where they want to get to in any of the leagues in which they are playing,  it's just that he's position cannot be undermined when he's on the pitch but his absence as seen jn some.games too isn't that severon the team as I personally don't get to see how effective he has been to the team, he sgot very few goals to his name on the team and has also not done the most, literally he makes so.e mistakes that cost the team aswell. He doesn't also express some exceptional brilliance too so I feel his exit wouldn't cost the team so much.
