Manchester United winning the Europa trophy would only give Amorim sometimes in the club and not like he won't be questioned when Manchester United aren't able to make top of the table. It mightn't necessary be the top four but atleast qualify for European football next season. Manchester United winning the Europa cup means they'll be qualifying for the champions league therefore, that's going to be the aim for Manchester United lead by Amorim this season. I think Manchester United has improved despite having a bad game today that they lost in the premier league but in the Europa league, they're impressive as I didn't expect them to qualify directly as they have done.

This season shouldn't be a good time to judge Amorim actually,  let's see in the coming season.

Given how Amorim's arrival at United came about (he wanted to work until the end of the season and come in the summer, but United said "now or never") he has carte blanche for this season and is not too concerned about the team's position in the league table. He is trying to get the game he wants but he only has the players he inherited from the previous manager. If I were given a choice, I would prioritize the Premier League over the Europa League, not to belittle the Europa League, but with their current situation, I feel the Premier League is much more important than the Europa League, because now their position is really threatened and getting closer to the relegation zone. They still have 12 points above the relegation zone, that can be said to be a safe distance. This season is not to judge a coach like Amorim who has been willing to coach a team that is already slumping like Manchester United, but if you can be observant enough to see and make a comparison between the matches in the EPL and the matches in the UEL for a team like Manchester United. Of course you will find a team performance that is quite different when Bayindir is not placed in the starting eleven so that Manchester United often loses when Onana is placed in the starting eleven in certain matches and that happened again when Manchester United hosted Crystal Palace yesterday in the EPL match.

You don't need to judge Manchester United's performance by Premier League games, besides they are better in the Europa League so what we are literally laying emphasis is the Europa League and not the EPL. Sometimes how a team plays in their domestic league games can affect how they perform when they are playing against teams that are not from their regular league but when we take a look at how Atalanta won the Europa League title last season you will see that no body thought that Atalanta would win the Europa League but on the finals, we all saw a different performance from them so despite that Manchester United is not showing forth energy that will be convincing for us to consider them as possible winners of the Europa League title, we should still give them the support the need after all it is an England team we are talking about here and most of us love the England Premier League teams more than other clubs.

Maybe there was indeed luck that helped Man United, but that was not the main factor that led to their progress to the last 16. They could qualify because they could perform well in the league stage phase (something they couldn't do in the Premier League). So if in the next round, Man United has to meet a big team, I think they won't just lose, especially if Ruben Amorim really only focuses on the Europa League, then their chances will be even better.

Manchester United are making some new signings, they are improving the squad, I believe that when they return to play in the Europa League, they will be stronger, and look at this competition they did well, they went 8 games without defeat.
