bitcasino.io scammed me out of 12k legit win and locked my account

I wanted to share my frustrating experience with BitcoinCasino.io, hoping to raise awareness and prevent others from being scammed as I was. I recently registered on their platform, deposited $200, and decided to play some blackjack. After a solid and legitimate run, I managed to turn my deposit into an impressive $12k. However, when I attempted to withdraw my winnings, things quickly went south.

Despite playing a fair and legitimate session of blackjack, I received an accusation of "game abuse" from BitCasino.io, and they have refused to pay out my winnings. Let me be clear – I have a recorded session of my gameplay, and everything was above board. This was the only session I played since registering, and I followed all the rules as a responsible player. There was absolutely no abuse, no cheating, or anything that would violate their terms and conditions. i claimed no bonus, nothing.

I’ve tried reaching out to their support team to resolve this issue, but their response has been nothing but evasive and dismissive. I am left with no option but to raise awareness about this shady behavior in hopes of warning others.

Hi, just to be clear, are you referring to Bitcasino.io or bitcoincasino.io? you mentioned both of those gambling site on your post and I just want to say that these two gambling sites are completely different from each other, it would be nice if you could clear it up.

anyway, if you don't mind, can you share screenshots of the conversation you've had with their support? I am not saying that you are lying about your experience but it is good to have evidence to back up your claims.

I somewhat believe he meant bitcasino, and the "bitcoincasino" is a typo, he repeated the name numerous times.


OP, you deposited 200 and turned them to 12,000, it's a marvelous skill indeed. But... several things to clarify:

This is your first time playing blackjack on [I, and henceforth, assume] bitcasino? Which provider supplied the game? You never played BJ provided by the same provider through different casino? And suppose you did previously played BJ from that provider on different casino, you have no problem with your account and game on that casino? Ever?

i basically doubled my bet each win thats it , didnt even reach the table minimum , won 6 hands in a row , plain and simple , it is just 12k for a website , should be nothing.

i advice everyone to stick to known casinos and not do my mistake

You can upload your video on a third party video hosting site like Streamable.com and then you share the link to your video in the post for anyone to view. Streamable is a much better option unlike talkimg.com that has a limit of 2.5MBs

I’m a Blackjack player and I don’t know what kind of abuse that can be applied on Blackjack game so I’m really curious about the exact reason of Bitcasino behind this issue. Card counting is the only possible cheat on Blackjack which is not working anymore due to multiple random deck with shuffling when half of the deck was already used.

Possibly this game abused is related to the casino promotion or bonuses. Turning 200$ to 12K is a very solid run on Blackjack but possible if you play properly.

Please post every single piece of proof that you have that proves what you said is correct, and you will find people interested in taking a look at it. It's good that you have video evidence. Post everything that you have recorded. You never mentioned that your account got suspended and that you can't log in, so you should also post a screenshot of your complete betting history where we can see how much you wagered and won.

Yes, that should and would be nothing for the casino, they're quite big casino and more likely than not, has paid their player way above the amount you won on hourly basis, so it's either a misunderstanding or there is something missing here.

Since none of your post addressed the point I am trying to grasp, allow me to ask again, if you can help clarify whether you've previously banned or having similar situation with the BJ provider on other casino, it'll be very much appreciated.

And as other has said, evidences will be helpful. I'll appreciate if you can provide both version; screenshots of key points for easy-view where I can look at the conversation at glance, and video of it when I want to clarify the situation and/or understand things further.

@Kingjudas you are just riding to the issue of the OP. So far there’s no known serious accusation against Bitcasino while this case is not that too serious since they are still not answering the thread.

Bitcasino in general operates smoothly. I’m not sure what’s your exact case against them but you should update your thread if you want to raise again your concern.

Lastly, Bitcasino VIP system reset every month while every player started as VIP already.

Op am not against your accusation, but what i observed is that you didn't take or follow the appropriate format in filing a report against a platform for scam, how are we going to be sure that you're not doing the same that led to what caused for the creation of this thread, sometimes we might be forgetful, and when the consequences of our negligence arrives we try to deny it, because we can't face it.

I would like to say and repeat [like what I said in reply to your far earlier post, four post above] to create your own and supplement it with supporting evidence, but then I looked at your post history and found out that you've made it, it's just... in gambling board, and already three pages long.

I'll try to get through all the post there address the matter once finished and understand everything. For the time being, though, do you mind to move it to scam accusation? It'll be a more appropriate board than the gambling board.
