Roobet scammed me and robbed me

OP, I got a response from their team, asking me to redirect "my complaint" to another division, with no answer at all about your situation. So... I replied to them with a relatively long email, explaining things from my side about why I go to a length by writing them an email, and put the division whose supposed to be the one I sent my mail to on CC.

Hopefully any of their division will reply to that with any way to get this situation moving.

Pure curiosity, to whom are you writing your email this whole time? I am not trying to point fingers to specific division they have, just trying to figure if... we're actually stuck on the same point: emailing one specific division, and that's when an answer went into a full stop.

Hi, I could have sworn that I've wrote to them not long after my previous post, but upon checking my outbox, I can't find any. I even check my other outboxes to see whether I accidentally sent with my personal account and still nothing. Perhaps I'm imagining things. My bad and I apologize for that.

Hi, got a reply today. They told me briefly of what's currently happening and I am asking for their permission to address their response publicly here as well as the extent of what I am allowed to say. But, all things considered, I think we are quite close to the bottom of this case.

To put it simply, the previous possibility that I mulled over and propose as a possible situation is indeed what currently happening here. I guess the investigation was not conclusive at that point, or ever done at all, they probably accidentally re-opened your account. Bottomline is, they are currently escalating your account to an investigative phase.

All of those "maybe"s and "probably"s on above paragraph said, the bottomline of my recent communication with Roobet is that OP's account is locked for criminal investigation and that OP has full knowledge about this. I personally think this is the end of the case. There is not much we can do or inquire due to the nature of the investigation. I believe they will update us once the investigation completed and they found nothing wrong with OP's account.

I will write to them, asking to be informed when the criminal investigation is finished and they made their verdict. For the time being, as we don't know how long will the investigation take time, I'll change the status of the case to "inactive", under a reason that there is not much anyone can do but wait.

Unfortunately, as I explained above, the investigation was asked and conducted by a third party who completely separate from Roobet. They can't get this escalated or slowed down as they wish. Like us, they can only wait for whoever that is investigating your case to get their conclusion.

But I want to let you know that they took more than five months and they did not give me a reason to close my account !

But let's say the truth ! they closed my account and will not open it again (Roobet does not open any accounts again after closing them), so let Roobet send me my money that is inside my affiliate account and keep my account closed !
I think they closed my account to get my money after I brought them many invitations and promotions
