I was thinking the same. If you are active you can still get nice bonuses compared to many other sites. He complains that he never won the raffle, but if he really only has 360k wager then we are looking at 360 tickets lifetime. I had this amount for like 3 weeks alone and didn't win anything, now with around 7million in wager I never won because even with my wager the odds are so small, it needs a miracle to in it. I had the similar situation at another casino but I have  armed myself with patience and wait for more than a month not disturbing them and , lo and behold,  what I should see finally there on my account, my bonuses. That is good advice for me but I doubt it will be the same for OP, people like him or her lack patience, I have gambled for a whole month and a half with no single win before, but I didn't bother because I was using what I can afford to lose, a few days later I won a good amount.

Op if you think the bonus is the issue and you have not received your promised VIP 1 unlocked bonus then there is no big deal.
