I have contacted Swapuz on chat several times, but their AML verification system (or something like that) is "temporarily unavailable"  for quite some time (i even tried today).

This is not encouraging information. AML verification is one of the reasons why the use of this exchange is being considered at all. I would not be surprised if the problem is that they have few people available for user support, and the AML check additionally requires the time and work of the operator, because it involves manual work.

Fees are really good and I will be glad to become a customer

I compared their pair rate to Binance, and I must say that it is quite competitive, especially when you take into account the ease of exchange and the avoidance of withdrawal fees.

Small bug:
I noticed that there a message saying that fees are 10% lower with an account. I created an account and fees didn't change. So, I made the exchange without the account as there was no difference in fees.

I think that it is some kind of cashback policy and that you may have an additional lower 10% in some future swaps if you access it as a registered user. Registration is probably for the reason that there would be some kind of insight into your other transactions.
I did several exchanges here, but I didn't notice anything about this reduction, although I didn't even consider whether I was entitled to such a bonus.

I cannot say with certainty whether this is true or not, because I have not personally had such an experience. Still, in a direct conversation with their support, they claimed that if the user does not want to pass KYC, the funds will be refunded to the user, and the order will not be processed.
As far as I understand, they use their own liquidity and are not dependent on a third party, which enables them to stop the swap process if they can no longer control the funds.

BUt the fees are quite good, much better than other services. So I think Swapuz is the best option for me at the moment..

It is a p2p trade, that is, directly user to user, without intermediaries or any automation.

However, Trêvoid, another service should not be promoted in a competitor's ANN thread. The fact that Swapuz officials are not the most present here is not a signal that their thread is being violated. I believe that you wouldn't want Swapuz or someone else to offer their service in your ANN thread either.

I use dynamic rates. Sometimes I get more, sometimes I get less. Fixed rates has higher fees, not worth for me....

And I'm talking about the float rate. During the swap process, I launched another identical order, and there was no major change in the amount expected for receiving. Try it.

I also created an account. Later on I discovered that you only unlock discount after 10 exchanges. You can follow that in your profile drop-down.

You get an nft and a discount after 10 exchanges. Very small discount... I didnt get it yet because I took long to create the account

I immediately opened a live chat support. They suggested a refund (didn't require any KYC).

After a few minutes, I got my coins back.



They told me reason was that they didn't have their own liquidity  for the coin I asked for. They suggested me to use USDT/USDC in ERC-20 or native SOL token.

I sent the same coins back and got a successfull exchange.

They said they didn't proccess because they do not have their own liquidity,  so they needed to call a third party and perform harder AML tests.

Yes. I used coins from the same address in previous transactions. I also send the same coins they reject a few hours later, exchanging for other coins


They just rejected for the second time coins from that address. BTC > USDC (erc-20)

I believe there aren't strict rules, and whatever they decide to reject/accept depends on the person on the live chat at the time
