In Indonesia the economic value of most people is middle class, many Indonesians buy houses on credit, there are those who buy directly on cash but look at the position and condition of the house.

In my view, if you sell a house in Indonesia at a price of 0.2Btc with 108 square meters of land and a type 36 house, with the current total price in fiat of $20 250, I think until the end of the world your house will not be sold, even if you are in an urban area, let alone a rural area. I have seen many replies but I will add that if you haven't sold the house yet, you should find people to rent the space and use the money to invest in bitcoin. But the problem is that I didn't know if that house is located or situated in a business area since no one will like to buy or rent a house in a non business area.

yeah if not situated in a busy location where schools or companies or a tourist spot, it’s pretty much dead and you are going to have a difficult time finding a buyer unless you are willing to drop the price so much

if the location is really bad you need to improve the house itself and make it a catch despite the not so good location so that buyers will be much more interested in what the house has to offer rather than the overall location

As we know, The year 2025 is getting closer, Bitcoin bullish has also shown signs of that, but Until today I don't have much capital to buy bitcoin to prepare bullrun on the next year. I have a desire to sell my another house and want to change my investment into bitcoin or any cryptocurrency, but the problem is My house has not been sold until now, I have tried to market it on social media like facebook market and olx where I have to spend about $10 each month to sell it to the flatform, but still didnt sold it yet.

is it good for you to sell your house to purchase a Bitcoin from my own perspective I don't think that is a nice idea for you to say already existing property to purchase a Bitcoin for investment, it would have been good for you to use your capital to invest in Bitcoin instead of selling already existing property that you suffer and acquire so for me I think that the best way to invest in Bitcoin or anything that has to do with the cryptocurrency is for you to Hustle to get money and invest the capital in Bitcoin instead of you selling the one you already has... I don't know for any other person's understanding of investment because I know that investment is all about risk you may profit in your investment and you may not profit in the investment so that is why I don't need to say what you have already to acquire Bitcoin because nobody knows tomorrow

You've said it all George John, I know that Bitcoin has become a very good investment plan currently based on the hike in price every full circle and it’s long-term features but Real Estate is also a good investment plan as well and instead of selling his house to purchase Bitcoin due to FOMO, I'll suggest he put it up for lease and use the money he gets either monthly or yearly depending of the agreement with the lessee, to purchase Bitcoin at different intervals, i think that would even be much preferable cause he'll be opportuned to DCA with the rentage money, just like the idiomatic expression, hell be (using one stone to kill two birds), he'll still own his property and still acquire Bitcoin and i think based on the economy of the country the house is situated in he'll see more lesses than buyers.

To really sell it fast. Ask an agent to send you the comps. Don't over price it and market it exactly as it is in it's current state. Don't fluff it. Take the highest quality photos and find the neighborhood comps that best fit exactly the same property. In a CMA sqft, bathrooms, beds all have different amounts that you use to subtract or add in the comparable report. If anything have your agents just keep sending you the comps till your ready to sell

Yes, I have thought about it, I've tried various ways to earn money before, but I can't get it enough as my expectation. I've discuss it to my family, and they don't have a problem about it, because it's my own house where I get it self with my own money. Maybe it's too late, because bitcoin price was increase from I made this thread. If I sold it the same as this thread I created maybe I got multiple profit from today.

I've already lowered the price, but still no one wants to buy it yet, So if it doesn't sell on next year, I'll keep my house, and wait until property price increase in an uncertain period of time.

Yes, I saw your thread and indeed if you had managed to sell it at that time, then you would have certainly made a lot of profit now, but unfortunately it didn't sell.
My advice now is that you better keep it and look for other opportunities, because I also see that now you no longer have a very big need like when you made this thread because bitcoin has gone up high, it's not too late but think again carefully.
