I have never get a chance to be in touch with their representative before, and I can see that it's been more than a week since their last online activity and that their ANN is a bit... outdated, and that they're tagged by one DT... wheew, this is not good. I as much as I feel bad to hear a gambler getting scammed by casinos, I also don't like seeing people posting scam accusations without proper reference and evidence, this make your accusations to be a mere attack on the reputation of the casino because at that point all you just did was just to write bad things against a company without any evidence.

So just as the first comment guided you, follow that format to write your accusations in the most acceptable way for us since we are always willing and interested in helping to prevent scam in this forum by exposing whatever we discover from investigations.

Umm... I will only try to get their contact and pursue them to the bottom of this case once OP provide supporting evidence to validate his accusation. Without any supporting evidence, I don't think I will want to disturb them, as this case itself, at best, will be marked as "invalid" on my list.

Once OP supply us with strong basis to have a case, though, yes, I'll exhaust several ways, if I have to, to get their attention. So, OP, the ball is currently still in your park.

While there were existing complaints about them. It doesn't mean that your story is either false or true. Just as being said by everyone here, OP you need to backup your claims to prove what has happened to you as you tried to withdraw there. Someone can just say that this xx casino have scammed me when I tried to withdraw after winning gazillions of money on them without having to put any proofs about conversation and even the process. But that doesn't mean as well that I don't believe you if there were existing complaints in the past.

First you have to follow the proper fraud report format as mentioned by Wapfika so that everyone can easily understand your case, this way you submit you will not get anything.

You are just making claims without any evidence, you should at least put the screenshots that prove that you won $11000 and also the screenshots of the message you received from them that you have been successfully verified, you must also have received a message why your account was banned, you have to put all these documents here to prove your case.

I completely agree with you, i have been checking the topic to see if the OP has come back to answer some questions that were thrown at him and also to provide proof to back up his claims, but OP hasn't even been online since they made this post. It could also be a competitor trying to spew nonsense about the casino and dissuade one from playing there.

Several months ago someone got frustrated on your website, registered in this forum and posted a scam accusation, but then you decide to appear today asking if the issue was resolved after all that long time.
