Basically, if a slot becomes vacant in a new campaign or a new campaign comes out, if someone likes it, they can leave. It's actually a matter of personal preference, so no one can say anything here. If they like it, they can stay and if they don't like it, they can leave. That's why those who like it stay and those who don't like it leave.
