Isn't that supposed to be among the creteria to consider before making use of any exchange?

I don't know for others but I do check and verify social media platforms or any support contact available before joining any platform be it exchange or gambling sites. Unless it doesn't involve finance, there is no way I will register on a platform without knowing how active and responsive they are in resolving arising issues.

How do they design their website without adding contact information like Twitter, email or discord by the way? That should be the first red flag imo.

Communication with them is impossible. The kycnot.me administrator said he sent them an email.

No answer for 3 days. They will probably issue a refund, but I see a big problem here. Communication shouldn't be such a problem in this age.
