Is that how you see it from your own point of view. If you gamble with usdt your profit will be in usdt, and if you gamble with btc, your profit will also be in btc. I don't see any difference in the kind of cryptocurrency you choose to gamble with because you get back the value of what you use. I love gambling with both currencies, and sometimes when I win a good amount of money, if I didn't use btc, I do regret it because I should have made more profit compared to usdt. If you are an occasional gambler and it happens that you won your bet using bitcoin, your profit would have doubled by now.

Yes but also see the other side of the medal, in a bull run you play more with the same amount of Bitcoin and when you have more money for an equal amount of Bitcoin you can have longer sessions in which maybe fortune favors you. I have lost a lot also and now that I look back I feel sad too yet we should not be looking back rather only into the future and hope for some big wins in here. I have had such thought on several times that I feel it unaffordable to use even the least portion of my Bitcoin to gamble in realizing that my Bitcoin is my asset potential to yield me profits in returns and knowing that I can just lost it in an tinkle of an eye when used in gambling in chase of multiplying my wagers.

But at an extent that mentality changed because I also realized that I must still gamble with the fiat, same value could have as much be invested on Bitcoin in same motive of potential values so It is like I don't have a choice and can not fool myself.

Can you be more precise? How exactly are you losing Bitcoin? From gambling or from transaction fee? We can't be the same I guess, many people will still keep using Bitcoin for gambling, it is a matter of choice, even if one costs 100k.

Honestly, I've been thinking about this for a long time, and in fact, it's a question of psychology, FOMO and nothing more. When you bet on bitcoins or stablecoins, you still part with them, and don't HODL. Whether it's stablecoins or other altcoins, it doesn't matter, you just do what you think is right, that's all. I do not know what is the difference in using Bitcoin and using stablecoin as a fund for gambling when we obviously get the stablecoin from the Bitcoin we converted.  But of course it would be better if we have the stablecoin in hand and Bitcoin in hand to use stable coins for the reason you had stated.

I know we must separate our funds for investment and gambling.  And that investment funds should not be used or touched just for gambling sake.

That depends on your risk appetite, because it could also go another way around, like if you place a bet let's say a hundred dollars in bitcoin and then you get to make it double or triple and then bullrun kicks in, isn't that a back-to-back win on your side? I can relate. This is the reason why I prefer stable coins and coins with very low fees, like Tron, as my alternative during the bull run. or, as much as possible, I stop playing during a bull run like what's happening now.

Using Bitcoin or stable coin to gamble don't change anything. The stable coin used in gambling can be converted to Bitcoin and bitcoin used in gambling can also be converted to a stable coin. You don't need to regret if you used Bitcoin in gambling, except you are gambling with the amount that you can't afford to lose. Bitcoin as a currency has many potentials which we know it can be spent just like the fiat currency and it can also be invested. it is not about the coin that you are using but in which how you gamble mate , remember that either bitcoin or stable coin but as long as you cannot control yourself from losing or playing then there are no sense in having this issue .

stable coin is best when you are playing in single day but if you wanted a multiple chance or earning then better to use bitcoin while playing so the chance of earning double is there.

Well everyone has something they like to do.. some people just prefer using what they have the most to gamble.. probably they are amongst the whales and the only coins they have in bulk is just BTC, they won't mind spending some few Satoshi just to gamble and have fun.
