Most interesting to me are local bookies and almost no countries are excluded. Especially interesting are Latin America and Africa.

For start, can you tell us what you actually mean by the term "betting partners"? Partners in what? If you mean the bookmakers, then you are probably joking. Bookmakers won't be your partner, that's for sure.
