Unfortunately, the "Currency exchange" section has become a lot like OP who appear to the public as if they are an exchange platform. There are no guarantees provided, nor any reserves they hold, or even any evidence of their legitimacy.
His account is new, and he created it specifically to post this nonsense. Of course no one can trust such members who provide exchange services through their Telegram or Discord accounts, or even deal with them for a dollar to test their credibility. Alongside the more legitimate options available in the market for such exchanges, some trustworthy members have established their accounts for years, conducted transactions with many forum members, and built a good reputation to be trusted.
Maybe if he added "No KYC, No Fees, No Cheat," it would be more convincing... LOL, that's really funny.
