As for me, XMR is still there on Kraken, however, nobody banished P2P and such options.

If you're sure you don't have XMR, then it doesn't seem you have many options. At least I couldn't find any when searching using the EUR pair here: https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/monero/#Markets

An alternative way would be to just get BTC, or USDT for example, and then swap that to XMR (no KYC) using exch: https://exch.cx/

Which means it would be good to use a non-KYC exchange to buy monero. I have used https://exch.cx/ before which OmegaStarScream mentioned.

For low fee, you can use bitcoin lightning, litecoin and if possible you can use dash to convert to it.

You just need to buy BTC (PeachBitcoin is without KYC and fast, or Bisq (less user-friendly) / RoboSats (LN)) and then swap it for XMR (https://exch.cx is good as the others above mentioned).

In my opinion, you should always avoid to use FixedFloat, Changelly, Changenow, which are doing shotgun KYCs.

Just kidding yup buddy any coin there on exchanges in your area can be bought as it's there to trade and even there are some other ways to get any coin you want. Just be careful while making any transection and authenticate the source before interacting.

Ever since regulators clampdown on privacy coins and privacy protocols, exchanges raced to delist and I think all major exchanges except the likes of Kucoin and Gate have delisted it. You can still get it on those two exchanges. I just confirmed now.

XMR teams should start developing ways users can trade it outside of exchanges so that if push comes to shove and all exchanges delist it, their community members will still be able to trade it.

Non KYC p2p exchanges are the way to go (Such exchanges do no care about what the EU regulators say or the bans). Not only Europe, but soon you will see more governments launch new policies against Monero, because they don't want their citizens to get privacy and out of governmental tracks.

You can find available exchanges for Monero, no KYC, if you want fiat, choose fiat in the filter.

There are KYC exchanges with Monero availability but you have to ask yourself about future risk on Monero. These KYC centralized exchanges can delist Monero anytime, and I am kind of sure that you don't want to have trouble.

Reminder: do not keep your money in online accounts

Monero, as an investment, is risky too, and I only want to use Monero for transactions if I like privacy, but I don't want to add it to my investment portfolio and hold it.
