Just realized that somehow HunnyPlay was never added to my list. I've added them now, with a note regarding the flag to add extra warning to the members who read my list.

IIRC, there was or were past cases against them, but I somehow can't find it by searching through many keywords on ninjastic. Anyone perhaps recalled past cases with them? I'll add them to the list too.

I know these people from the complaints. They lost their winnings while waiting. They were all exhausted after months of waiting with no end in sight. It’s frustrating to lose everything, especially since Hunnyplay is no longer obliged to pay them. However, I understand the frustration of waiting 4–5 months for a withdrawal without any explanation. Two others and I are still holding on and haven’t gambled away our winnings. This way, we retain our right to a payout.

I found another past complaint on CasinoGuru about a withdrawal of 252 BNB, which was resolved at the time. I believe Hunnyplay went rogue around mid-2024. However, their business practices were never ethical. They promote gambling addiction and encourage players to lose everything.


I also did some digging into Hunnyplay's structure. It is very easy for an illegal casino to access legal game providers through sublicenses. I even saw that BGaming previously launched a partnership with Hunnyplay. https://bgaming.com/news/bgaming-and-hunnyplay-starts-cooperation-and-launches-brand-exclusive-slot

According to their website, Hunnyplay's parent company is Alchemy Games B.V., which is managed by Ecorpp Management B.V., a trust office. Ecorpp Management has a reputation as a dubious trust office, known for assisting illegal online casinos in concealing their financial income and the identities of their owners. In doing so, they facilitate tax evasion, money laundering, and now even scamming players.

Does anyone know how such a process continues? I'm willing to file a police report with my local authorities, the Vietnamese police, or even Interpol. I have gathered evidence and leads for people with the means to take action against them.

I don’t want to let this slide so easily—$40,000 is a significant amount of money, and most people would go to great lengths for it.

Seriously, wtf is going on here? This is the crypto wild west at its absolute worst, and it's completely unacceptable.

If you're running a casino and you run out of funds, shut it down instead of misleading players! There’s no excuse for making players wait months for their winnings with zero transparency.

Key red flags:

- Withholding player winnings for months with no valid explanation.
- Using crypto fluctuations as an excuse — are you serious? Every crypto-based business must have risk management in place. If you don’t, that’s on you.
- A clear pattern of delaying withdrawals — this is not an isolated incident.
- Over $1 million in transfers to Binance, proving there IS liquidity, but you choose not to pay players.
- Ignoring and ghosting players and mediators — this is shady behavior at best, and outright fraudulent at worst.
- Multiple players affected — this is looking more like a systemic issue rather than just one case.

However, I am actually referring to cases on the scam accusations board. I get this feeling I've read their cases somewhere as the name was familiar, and I don't think it's about a case or discussion made on their ANN or on CG.

Regarding those cases though, I also sadly can't do much as I can't add them to the list if they don't have their thread. Nonetheless, hopefully the warning flag as well as my "stamp" is enough. I'll throw in a neg too, just as extra precaution. And above all, hopefully with all of those mentioned, and efialtis intervening with above attempt, we can get a traction.

I would like them to pay the remaining amount anyway. However, if it is necessary to exert a lot of pressure because of this, then their reputation is certainly questionable. For a casino that works solidly, the amount that the OP mentions should not be a problem and it is quite unclear why they extend the payment for such a long period.

In most cases, casino partner like you never step up because they may end their contract with the platform which will result in financial loss. This a brave of you. Usually, casinos take weeks and sometimes months to fix an issue. But when it is obvious that they are delaying the withdrawal intentionally, you should speak against them and I am glad you did.

I am curious what do you think about BC game? Their live support has been terrible for the last two years and new scam accusations arrive every other week in this forum. Have you ever pushed them to improve their live support system? The support copy-paste some pre-generated answers and that is all. There are hundreds of victims online that probably gave up because of their support.

I wish we will see similar message from you one day.

Without mixing up the topics here, I like to think that casinos such as Hunnyplay are light years away from BC.Game. Yes, their support could (and should) definitely be improved but I doubt that they are literally scamming players all the time - that`s how your message sounds. For what it`s worth, they are one of the biggest online casinos on the market and not only haven`t had any of our players any problems ever since we started to promote them... I haven`t had any problems either when it came to withdrawals and I have played a lot on that site.

What I wondered was, if they were that illiquid that they need to pay OP in installments [and defaulted], they actually still have enough capital to continue their installment to OP, even in higher percentage, though it's with a risk of draining their liquid fund. A quick look at their wallet provided by OP [1] [2] put them in about 30,000 USD worth of liquid fund, not to mention what should be stored on their coldwallet.

Yes, I agree that they are one of the biggest casinos right now. But shouldn't they have the biggest support team? You did not face issues because they know who you are. They are not going to risk their reputation by messing with you. The problem usually starts when someone triggers KYC. They take months to reply to an email and sometimes users get stuck with their funds.

For what it`s worth, they are one of the biggest online casinos on the market and not only haven`t had any of our players any problems ever since we started to promote them... I haven`t had any problems either when it came to withdrawals and I have played a lot on that site.

Yes, I agree that they are one of the biggest casinos right now. But shouldn't they have the biggest support team? You did not face issues because they know who you are. They are not going to risk their reputation by messing with you. The problem usually starts when someone triggers KYC. They take months to reply to an email and sometimes users get stuck with their funds.

Umm... it's rather significantly out of topic as the casino mentioned here has zero relevancies with the case, so I will urge us to have this post as the last time we address the matter [and this will be the last time I address this "sub-topic" on this thread], and if you want to continue to discuss about the matter, probably best to have it on separate thread in order to not derail the topic.

Now, regarding the matter as well as my [first and last] comment here about it: if you look at my list, [don't forget to go to "page 2" of the older cases via link provided on the opening post] you'll see that big casinos tend to have dozens of threads on SA board. I guess it is due to that situation with the wind that bigger sails and taller trees faced. What important is, though, most of those cases are resolved.

Seriously, wtf is going on here? This is the crypto wild west at its absolute worst, and it's completely unacceptable.

If you're running a casino and you run out of funds, shut it down instead of misleading players! There’s no excuse for making players wait months for their winnings with zero transparency.

Key red flags:

- Withholding player winnings for months with no valid explanation.
- Using crypto fluctuations as an excuse — are you serious? Every crypto-based business must have risk management in place. If you don’t, that’s on you.
- A clear pattern of delaying withdrawals — this is not an isolated incident.
- Over $1 million in transfers to Binance, proving there IS liquidity, but you choose not to pay players.
- Ignoring and ghosting players and mediators — this is shady behavior at best, and outright fraudulent at worst.
- Multiple players affected — this is looking more like a systemic issue rather than just one case.

As you know, at BTCGOSU, we do not tolerate unethical practices. We have forwarded this case directly to our contact at Hunnyplay, and we expect them to fix this immediately. Not in weeks or months, but NOW.

If there is no resolution ASAP, Hunnyplay will be blacklisted, and we will warn all players to stay away from this casino.

What I wondered was, if they were that illiquid that they need to pay OP in installments [and defaulted], they actually still have enough capital to continue their installment to OP, even in higher percentage, though it's with a risk of draining their liquid fund. A quick look at their wallet provided by OP [1] [2] put them in about 30,000 USD worth of liquid fund, not to mention what should be stored on their coldwallet.

I've been tracking their wallets since August 24, and I can confidently say they have withdrawn over 1 million USD to Binance. Even in January alone, they moved over 100,000 USD to Binance.

This time, they used a different address to withdraw to Binance, but the Binance deposit address remains the same.

So, the excuse of being low on liquidity is just a lie to avoid paying my withdrawal.

On January 6, they told me they would update me on the payment, but I haven't heard anything since. The only thing they've asked me in the meantime is to delete all negative reviews, claiming these have impacted their platform's performance. As a result, they say they cannot pay me because they are underperforming, which is ridiculous. Since the crypto market dropped, my pending amount in USD has significantly decreased. At its peak, it was worth more than double what it is now.

I didn’t expect a different response from Hunnyplay, as they’ve been giving me and others the same excuse for months. They probably don’t care and won’t update you—just like Albon’s message on December 12, which likely never received a response. If they truly cared about their reputation on Bitcointalk, BTCGOSU, CasinoGuru, etc., I would expect a more substantial response rather than the same recycled excuse. They have been "preparing" the payment plan for eight months already.

I still appreciate your help and support on this case, Efialtis, which gives me a little hope that it can eventually be resolved.

Since December 12, we gave them 3 days, and I contacted them again on December 15 and also on December 20. However, until today, December 23, they have only read the messages without any response or cooperation from their side. Their complete disregard despite our repeated requests for a review indicates that they no longer care about maintaining the reputation of HunnyPlay, which clearly seems to have turned into a scam now.



Therefore, I have tagged their account on the forum and am waiting for the OP to implement what you mentioned and raise the flag against them.

I'm glad that they still sobered up and at least partially accepted that they were solving the problem. It's bad that they do it under pressure and it is sad to see that we consider partial payment after many months and a lot of pressure as a good direction.
We'll see how this all ends, but I'm under the impression that their reputation is permanently damaged.

Ok, so it worked. This actually proves that the casino was at fault from the beginning and they delayed the time intentionally. I am glad that efialtis stepped up and then the casino is now forced to start paying the player. Now I doubt that there are more cases like this in the same casino but the players don't know where to complain. @Op, you wouldn't get your case solved if efialtis hadn't been there to help you. Anyway, I feel happy for you. Keep us updated about this case.

Good thing I mentioned BTCGuso regarding how I discovered HunnyPlay; otherwise, your issue with HunnyPlay might not have progressed.

Anyway, if I’m not mistaken the value of your AVAX has dropped. I wonder what decision they’ll make about this because, in same cases the casino gives players with some compensation. Knowing that their is remaining amount still withdrawable, I doubt they will give you any compensation.
