I agree with @terrific..you should post this in the ANN thread. From reading your post, it doesn’t really seem like a scam accusation since you’re still in the process of seeking help or opinions. There’s no conclusion yet about your situation with Roobet being a scam. This casino has been quite generous here, regularly running art contests with decent prizes. So, I wouldn’t want to jump to conclusions without hearing their side as well.

ANN are meant for that: announcement and discussion about features and promos being announced.
Granted, there are cases that being discussed there. But as OP already made his post here, I can't see how will this get more attention or a chance to be resolved by having it on the ANN. Especially as their rep has been swallowed by the void for unforeseeable future. If any, IMO, it'll just derail the ANN itself, and make things harder to track as there will be two simultaneous thread discussing these matter.

mogmami12, complete this thread with supporting evidences: screenshot of your account being inaccessible, conversation you had with their staff, and other complementing evidence that you can think of. And PM me your username.
After verifying those evidences and I can deem it as a valid accusation, I'll try to reach them to get to the bottom of this case.
Bear in mind that Roobet is one of the casino that is rather hard to reach. So, like other cases involving Roobet that I oversee in the past, I'll prefer to have the best picture and details from your side before reaching them, so I can provide all essential info at once. Due to it, maybe I'll ask you a lot and you'll think I ask too much.
