What is your excuse now Shuffle?

Quick background: My Shuffle account was permanently closed, and substantial affiliate commissions were withheld, (8k at the time and probably well over 20k by now) allegedly for being US-based and failing KYC. I argued this was a personal account ban from Shuffle's owner Noah after I publicly called out Shuffle for a previous action that resulted in Noah paying me $30,000 in owed commission. Shuffle and Noah have denied this was the reason and insisted my account ban was protocol. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the situation and requests by me for a withdrawal-only account, Shuffle maintained a hard stance that my account must be completely closed with no exceptions.

But the events over the last few days change everything: Three US-based players failed KYC during the AD2 bonus promotion, one even tried to use fake documents to KYC. Instead of bans, their accounts were put into withdrawal-only mode and they have kept their ability to claim affiliate commissions as well. Same violation, EXTREMELY different punishments.


So Noah,
Now that we have documented cases of identical circumstances receiving dramatically different treatment, I'm requesting once more for the same consideration.
Please place my account in withdrawal-only mode like these other cases, let me collect my commissions, and we can all move forward.

Hello, I am going to update my list tomorrow and currently sweeping threads.

I see that OP"s main thread is locked [I think I read somewhere about why it got locked and OP created other threads, but I am not sure], and looking how OP's last activity was more than one month ago, is it safe to assume that Shuffle and OP get things settled or find a resolution somewhere outside the forum and it is safe to assume the cases are now can be marked as resolved?

I came here to tell you that you make a lot of assumptions, and almost all of them are incorrect, so it worries me that you’ve been kind of appointed an impromptu judge, jury, and executioner over a lot of these situations. My post was locked because I locked it so that I could create a new one where people weren’t saying things about naked photos of me and ridiculous stories that were not only untrue but had nothing to do with what I came to get help for. You judged me before you ever even spoke to me, and you admitted to it. You ended my chance of getting anything done here without ever even speaking to me, and that’s really unfortunate. Because I spent the last year silenced, and it took someone exposing very significant and, dare I say, criminal acts from the people at Shuffle for them to finally do the right thing and give me the million dollars that they owed me. That’s right, they paid me, and Noah himself admitted they handled things wrong. So I hope that you reconsider the position you put yourself in because I can’t even imagine how many other people have been silenced because of your unqualified opinions.
