I placed 3 bets on roulette on Duelbits on Dec 20, 2024.

2x - 2$ (Green)
1x - $28.75 (Black)

Round ID: 7797925

The result was - Black (9) | Verification Result: https://onecompiler.com/nodejs/433jumrpj

The winnings were not credited to my account, and the Round ID was missing from the Roulette History. (I was curious as to why it was missing and why my winnings were not credited)

P.S. I usually place roulette bets, switch my tabs, and check if bets are won; this time, I noticed that winnings were not credited (If I didn't notice the result number then I couldn't even say anything about it).

So, I contacted the support team. Below are the screenshots of the convo and the missing Round ID from the history.















It would be great if the Duelbits team could answer why it happened.

How long has it been since you escalated it to the live support and they told you that they'll have their tech department to look into it, if I may know? Since there were no date visible on the screenshots with live support. If it's just about a day or two, I would advise you to probably wait a little.

It was 20th December - Today's the third day. , right after winnings were not credited. I went to round history to check it, but it was missing. I provided this info to support right after it happened.
Sadly, I couldn't screenshot my betting on the black (Since the next round started immediately, and I was focused on winnings not credited). No data about it is also shown in bet history, so duelbits can deny the claim by saying I placed the wager on red (If they're concerned about hiding the mistake, I don't think it should be the case here).

Let us see how it turns out.

Is it possible that same thing applied to duelbits? Have you try to look the betID manually through search feature? Suppose same mechanism applied.

They mention the bet can be verfied through external javascript compiler (They provide the code you have to use)-
For roulette: you have to input - round id, seed unhashed (after certain hours and roulette rounds seed for those rounds gets decrypted and you can verify any round occured in that seed’ phase)
Even in history what color you picked is not shown, only Amount (won/lost), and number of bets plus the amount.

Yes it's of betting history, I've boxed 3 Bets made in that round. Yes the player's selection for that round isn't there (It can only be checked in real time when you make a bet during that round, idk why they don't mention the player's selection)

It doesn't show any +amount, only gray color -2.0, -2.0, -28.79 (Even though my selections were black, and the round's outcome was black) Idk why I didn't won and why the round ID went missing from roulette's history. I could be intentionally done, If there were nefarious reasons behind it then imagine if there are 2000 rounds daily and 20 of which went missing, people who weren't paying attention can't even file the complaint, even if they managed to complain then support will tell them it's a losing bet (Like how I was told, supports don't know what color player picked... only amount is shown to them)

The thing is: If the round ID goes missing from history and your account's history is showing "-amount" for the placed bet, then how would you verify the fairness? Even in real-time, suppose you placed the bet on Black, and the result was Black, but you didn't get credited for the win.
When you verify that round id, it will show the number was Black for that round, but there will be no way for you to tell you placed bet on Black (Unless you're video recording your whole betting session)

Yes, I've input the verification code into the NodeJs compiler link quoted below; you can check it and verify the output is Number 9 for the round's ID, and its Color is Black on the table.

This is very concerning and scary to say the least and its very good you aware us of this OP even if the amount you bet is small because who knows how often this have happen or will happen again? I wonder what the reason for this if its just a mistake or maybe someone did bet a extremely high amount and the casino trying to do you guys dirty (who placed bets on black).
Also its very strange that it seems to take so long time to solve, like they don't care or take this seriously, IMO this is something that should get full attention and license should be withdrawal until this issue is solved and they can presented what have actually happen.

Hope this will be solved for you OP and thank you for bringing this up to day light.

I see. I'll mark this as active on my list, but unfortunately that is the extent of what I can do right now. I've been reaching them for two other active cases, trying to get them back to the forum, but I am yet to hear a reply about any of the two. I have an intention to reach the staff I am in touch with again, to inquire about that two cases as well as to inform them about this one, but with these long holidays looming, I think the best step right now will be to wait.

I'll try them again, come Friday. Do you mind to update me if your case happen to be resolved before that day, so I'll know what to write to them?

I see. I'll mark this as active on my list, but unfortunately that is the extent of what I can do right now. I've been reaching them for two other active cases, trying to get them back to the forum, but I am yet to hear a reply about any of the two. I have an intention to reach the staff I am in touch with again, to inquire about that two cases as well as to inform them about this one, but with these long holidays looming, I think the best step right now will be to wait.

Thank you for the effort you're putting into my case.

I'll try them again, come Friday. Do you mind to update me if your case happen to be resolved before that day, so I'll know what to write to them?

I contacted their support team last night. They're still waiting for the update. I will let you know if it is resolved in a private message and here on this thread.

Quite sad that a pretty much clear cut case cannot be resolved. I mean, what else is there to discuss and "investigate". The player made bets and the main one won, it's all in the history (kind of). Sure, we are not talking about a big amount here so obviously there is no intentional scam or anything. Yet the way they treat is case is quite sad. Worst thing is, how can you guarantee this doesn't happen all the time? Many gamblers make countless quick bets in a row, without checking the balance or anything in between because they trust that their winnings get automatically credited to their balance. Also, normally nobody is really looking through their history when they make many bets, so nobody would see that bet IDs are missing. That's quite alarming and might hint toward a bigger problem here. I honestly doubt this is a 1 time incident.

Ah, that could explain why devs were not checking around 20,21 December, but still someone is needed to keep the website in check, so someone must be maintaining the backend even at that time, those dev not having complete access to the roulette's history and code could explain why they were not checking or not able to...

But still, I don't understand why the round disappeared from the round history; I don't remember the exact number, but I am sure I saw other users made their bets on black as well during that round. There might also be other complaints if they were paying attention to the round's result; otherwise, there's no way for them even to complain; this is a serious issue for the roulette players on the site.

Let's wait and see what we'll hear.

If you had the mistake and they did not then there must be no missing serial 7797925. Also, it is pathetic that such a reputed gambling site could not resolve such an issue within such a long time.

About extorting... if you mean you think you sounded like extorting them by asking to add them in my list, then no, the list is there to add each and every verified and valid accusations against casinos. If you mean you expect and need some kind of compensation due to the situation, though... then, I'm afraid, normally casinos compensate with free spins and/or bonus under the basis of good will. If you demanded some sort of compensation following this case, aside from having this situation sorted out, IMO, yes, that's kinda an act of bad faith.
