Exposing FortuneJack and similar layout books of abusing "incorrect odds" policy

The point of this new topic is to expose FortuneJack and ALL other similar layout casinos/sportsbooks (like chips.gg for example which has the same sportsbook layout like FortuneJack) of abusing their Terms and Conditions ,especially this "... the bet was cancelled because of incorrect odds" that they keep ABUSING and voiding WON bets left and right like it's nothing.

Since I am too stupid to see how can I post an image here ,I have taken some gyanzo screenshots of just three won bets I made a few hours ago of total profit of 1.2-1.3k USDT more or less

I made the SAME exact bets on similar odds on 3-4 other bookies (including bet365 and others) at very similar odds (over2.5 at 1.7 at 79' which is reasonable for my 700USDT bet and over1.5 HT at 2.35 at 0-0 and the 10th minute of the match on the other match which is also reasonable odd)

All the other bookies paid normally (as they should) since the bets are won except FortuneJack and similar layout sportsbook ,according to who "the odds were incorrect so the bets get voided".

I must note here that I don't use such bookies for long but here nearly everyone has very good things to say about FortuneJack , chips.gg etc and I wonder how can this be true?

When a book can blindly and without any explanation to ANYONE , can straight up void any won bet that they want and you get only that "according to our sportsbook,the odds were incorrect" ,even if all other bookmakers have the same/similar odds are they do , how can people still be praising them?
At least the sportsbettors , I find it mindblowing.

In any case , I don't except anything to change and they can just abuse their "policy" of "wrong odds" in ANY situation they like to take back your winnings on every possible bet they like but atleast I would like the rest bettors to know and AVOID FortuneJack and similar bookie with their layout , at any cost if they have the chance.

Incredible how their reputation on this forum is so high when they can scam anyone of any won betslip using such abusive terms and conditions that give NOTHING to the bettor to claim his winnings whatsoever.

Actually I don't have any experience with FJ, because I read some not so good stuff about them so I chose to stay away but I still have an opinion about this subject in general.

I do hate this practice, of course. To be honest, in my opinion sites should pay every bet they accept, even if they offered "wrong odds". It's not the responsibility of the player when the site makes a mistake. On the other hand, I always wonder if people that bet the other side and lost also get their bets voided. Somehow I have a feeling they don't.
In the past I also had bets where I made the wager hours before game started and a bit later I found out that the odds were actually reversed (to my disadvantage). And no the line didn't change, it was straight up wrong. After speaking to the support they said something like it's the responsibility of the player to check if the odds are right.
Hmm, so when they odds are wrong for me it's my fault, if they odds are wrong for them it's kinda also my fault. This "rule" basically allows sites to free roll the player, plain and simple.

Since you made the same bet at other books, this should be easy. Post the tickets at the other books, then we can tell you if the line is bad. If a book is slow in moving a line, then it's the book's fault. If the line is truly off, then it should be cancelled. If someone has fat fingers and they put up a line of of -20 when it should be -2, then it should be cancelled.

Based on what you've described, it’s unacceptable for your bets to be canceled without a valid reason or evidence that the odds were incorrect. You noted that similar websites offered the same odds and paid out as expected. The responsibility should fall on them to provide proof that the odds were indeed inaccurate.

What you guys are all saying is true and I agree 100%.

The odds were NOT incorrect.
All betting sites that offered these matches had similar odds and they paid normally as they should.

FJ and rest bookies with same layout not only did they cancelled my won bets , but they also limited my account to 0.01USDT maxbet and blocked me when I asked them questions regarding this "incorrect odds" policy.

Even if I give them the won betslips from other bookmakers , it won;t force them to do right by the bettor and give him his winnings or (in my way) even unblock my account.

Their abuse won't stop. I know this.

All I want to do is let know other bettors so they avoid them no matter how well-advertised FJ and similar books are in this forum.

Every winning bet can easily get "cancelled" for incorrect odds and no bettor can do a single damn thing about it.

Im really sorry for what happened to you Yaeshawn, even its on their terms and conditions, they should correct the odd to the correct one if they answer is "wrong odds " insted of totally canceling them.

Can you share your bet slip of the other sportsbooks where you had placed the bet on the same betting event at the same time? BTW, you are complaining about FortuneJack and other sportsbook with the same layout. It means, you are complaint is against Betby odds provider. FortuneJack sportsbook odds provider is Betby, and all other platforms have the same layout where the odds provider is Betby. Therefore, the decision has been made by the odds provider Betby if your bets have been cancelled in the same way on other platform like FortuneJack.

You are probably right and the issue is probably because of the sportsbook provider and not the casino itself but it doesnt change the fact that us as bettors always end up on the down side of the scale with these things.

The casino/sportsbook can shamelessly void any won betslip without any consequences whatsoever , and the bettor has nothing to fight for his winnings with. They claim "wrong odds" without having to provide any proof about their claim , you are left with minus your profits from these bets and you can't do jackshit about it.

My issue is how can such sportsbooks have such good reviews from bettors when they can abuse their terms in their favor 24/7.

They could block your account and cancel your bets if they think you are doing arbitrage betting, and you agreed to allow them doing that when you registered and created account there.
That doesnt meant that I like fortunejack, they confiscated my coins because I didnt want to verify my account and they didnt allow me to withdraw anything.
I didnt have that much money in my account but I will never recommend anyone to use that casino.

Good books don’t cancel winnings for arbitrage betting since this is subjective and impossible to know. Getting good lines does not give the book the right to cancel winnings. Smart players don’t bet at books with large margins.

The book can limit you or ban you but they should never take your winnings.

I completely agree.

Of course I wouldn't blame them for limiting me to 0.01USDT maxbet , AS LONG AS I get my winnings normally like I do on other books.

Limiting players is a logical way of books to protect themselves and It's understandable.

However , a book having the ability to cancel whatever won betslip they like with the only "explanation" being that "..according to our odds provider the odds were wrong." without providing a single proof of their statement is straight up scamming.

I agree with you, but I think when they decide to make something like that, they should make a public annoncement explaining what was wrong and apologizing. So even customers who lost their bet could be able to claim a refund if it didn't happen automatically. And frequency of such cases could be checked easily by everyone. Besides that, I don't think this casino is globally the most reputed one here. It's one of the oldest for sure but it doesn't mean people are really fond of it.

This is the worst casino. Which does not value its customers at all. Where did they get such a rating?
