Anybody buying bitcoins through paypal from others how much fees?

Hi friends I want to buy bitcoins or crypto from international members but the paypal fees are like 3% per transaction. I am trying to sold them in exchanges to Indian rupees for profit. Will this workout. have you  tried this.
