Stocks, crypto, or both?

Stocks is too general, and it's vague. It's about the company, not about the general term stocks. If you ask me would I buy any airline stocks? I would not, because I dislike airline companies and they are way too sensitive and it's not really that profitable, at least where I am from. But if you ask me about technology based firms, or banks, then I may consider, of course I still have to check their statements, need to see how their finances looking too, but in the end that would usually be ending up better than airlines.

However, I ended up switching up from that all together about ten years ago, because I feel like crypto is better than any stocks, and I am not planning on having anything else, I am going to stick with this.

The stock market is not vague, everything is very realistic because the fluctuations of stocks are based on the development of each business. Unlike cryptocurrencies, except bitcoin, the rest of the market is full of manipulation, bump and dump, investing in them is nothing more than gambling, not investing.

We choose cryptocurrencies over stocks or other investments because cryptocurrencies are more accessible and offer higher returns. With crypto, we can start with any capital and have the opportunity to get rich with small capital in a short time. This is something that stocks or any other financial market cannot do and that is why we choose cryptocurrencies.

That is true, if you will venture in stocks  - you need to select which company would you want to invest your money. Of course, you need familiarity and at least idea about the performance or history of the company. You want profits, so as much as possible, you need to consider about the future of that company. Will it gain more popularity from the consumers? Will it increase its net worth over the years and so on?

Crypto provides better returns. But the risk of loss is also higher. It's best to diversify your investment between both stocks and crypto for complete peace of mind. What I find attractive about stocks are the dividends. That, combined with relatively-stable market prices, makes stocks a no-brainer. It's like staking PoS cryptocurrencies without the added risk.

 At least, that's how I see it. I'm yet to see if investing in bonds is any better than stocks. Sometimes I wish I'd had the capability of trading stocks right on the Blockchain. Maybe someday, right?

Considering taking both is still an option but so far I am considering Crypto as my investment move. Diversifying assets is a move that most people do and maybe the way it can be done is different. Some people diversify in some crypto assets and others try in other sectors like property or Stocks as you said. As long as it can be done well and understand the impact then just do it because the most important thing is to be able to diversify assets that can provide growth in value every opportunity or chance that we will do.

We should follow what the government regulation because if they prohibit gambling but we support gambling, we will face a problem with them. We cannot blame them that saying gambling is illegal because that will depend on what others opinion about gambling.

If they still say the same about gambling, that will be up to them and we can still playing gambling without they know. After all, we have casino crypto online which can hide us when we want to playing gambling. Those who say like that just see the reality that many people become addicted to gambling and ruin their life.

I see this as a win win solution if you're so hesitant which investing instrument that you'd choose and is in the state of confusion.

but if it's for long term holding, definitely diversify 20% to stock and the rest for crypto, at least that's for me, even better if you can wait for crypto to hit bearish market first and then allocate all the money to crypto, for hedge against inflation and parabolic gain in just 2-3 years.

Stocks is always determining by how the bussiness is doing well that is one of the reasons why it's very hard to predict when the bussiness is doing very well then things are going to be different for sure in the market and it seems older  people love to invest in stocks, and young people seems to be intrested in bitcoin than in stocks and you can manipulate bitcoin the way they manipulate stocks, because they are driven by different circumstances and it's all the market that matters.

And the way bitcoin increases faster than stocks and the manipulation that happens in bitcoin makes everything more interesting to investing than in stocks even if both of them are long term investment the values you get are different, stocks is not easily accessible like bitcoin and you hardly hear people talk about stocks but bitcoin is everywhere.

Diversification seems good. I have never invested in stocks before and I do not follow them now I do not want to go there and lose money so I am a bit more protective.
My investments are mostly related to crypto maybe I can only add gold to it in order to do this I need to make enough profit from crypto first. Maybe then I can even be interested in stocks.
Right now since there may be potential times for crypto, what I am focusing on more is only crypto.

Crypto has too many choices and the term crypto is too general.
I would not choose stocks in the midst of uncertain economic conditions. If I had to choose stocks, I would choose the type of stocks.
If op had mentioned the choices to be chosen were specific or specific, maybe the choice would be easy to answer.
For example, if the choices were stocks and Bitcoin, I would choose Bitcoin to invest in for the long term.

I won't lie, i don't know so much about the stock market compared to the kind of knowledge i have about the crypto market, though i promised myself that i would change that this year, so that i would also be able to diversify my investments into it. I think it is better to do both, but for me, bitcoin would still take a large chunk of everything, but it is never a bad idea to have money in other things, no matter how little the amount is.

I'll prefer to invest in both of them when I have gathered enough knowledge on stock because as of right this moment, I have no Idea on how stocks are being operated and what are the things we have to lookout for before investing into a stock. I have the basic knowledge already because there's some things that shows that an investment is going to be good for businesses but I don't understand how the stock market works as I understand how the cryptocurrency market works hence I'll be focus more on cryptocurrency for now until I learn more about stocks before investing in it. Having more option to invest into gives you more time to do more research before investing so you can choose between the best option to invest into but as for me, I'll be investing in both but more focus on cryptocurrency.

It's a Good step and a perfect decisions to take especially in this economic degradation but then so many things comes first cause like I would say investment isn't a child's play and it needs alot from you just as you do need from it as well, so it's depending on what you think is best for you but for me I prefer both. They are lucrative and beneficial investment one can go into one thing is you having the money and the right knowledge to explore in your investment journey that will guarantee you a great deal of success and wealth accumulation. Most times stocks aren't favourable as you think so how do you want to minimize it's risks from the FEDs.

This depends on how knowledgeable the person is about these two investment matters. If investing in shares does provide profits every year, however, the profits provided sometimes do not match our expectations, only a few percent. If I was told to choose, it would be better to take a very extreme risk or a higher risk with the knowledge I have about investing in cryptocurrency, indeed the crypto market is very volatile and wild and prices can change drastically in a short time. All the investments you mentioned are good, but they must be supported by funds and knowledge in order to do them well and successfully and you also feel safe and comfortable in doing them without stress. Because we will not know what will happen which makes many of your investments also have to take up a lot of time and also thoughts if there are problems or things that happen beyond your expectations. All investments will have different risks, and if we talk about disasters, only Bitcoin investment in my opinion is safer because Bitcoin is an intangible asset, safe and comfortable and besides it is more profitable than other investments if you do it for the long term, only you can store your seed phrase very well and be resistant to anything including disasters so you can recover it when unwanted things happen.

Let's not forget about precious metals too. Especially Gold and Silver. The former is rising quickly due to geopolitical tensions and stubborn inflation. Diversifying your investment between stocks, crypto, and Gold/Silver seems to be the way to go. So long as you don't invest all of your life savings into risky assets, there should be nothing to worry about. It's all about following the right strategy that will lead you all the way to success.

Of course, you can achieve higher gains with crypto. But be aware that the risk of loss is also greater. Always have some spare cash for when markets turn bearish. You'll thank me later.

I do both and It feels great to own both imo. I like diversified portfolios because it enables you to catch opportunities much more often. A guy who only invests in btc will only be interested in buying more bitcoin but the markets offer many other cheap assets that are also promising.

Sometimes those stocks pay dividends too and having a reliable cash flow is something pretty nice to have. When people start investing in btc, they mostly don’t think about selling their coins but we need cash to live and dividend stocks give you just that.

Both is definitely the best choice I’ll go with and yeah, it’s going to be about diversifying my source of income. Hence, in the event that I’m not hauling at one end, I’m most likely going to be hauling at the other.

If I were to go exclusive on either of the two;

Then Bitcoin would be where I would want to go, not just cryptos but, Bitcoin. I say this not because we are in a Bitcoinforum but, with the uncertainties that come with the investment. Given that, you could make 30% of your invested capital before you know it and again, you might see it dump that much.
Even then, your sure of its rise on the long run and that makes it credible for long term hodling.

I recommend you to watch "The big short". A movie on Netflix and randomly available on the internet, talking about investment prodigy Michael Burry who sold the entire stock portfolio of all clients he was managing in 2008.

He predicted the housing market crash and the economic meltdown.

Thank you for giving a warning even though it's just a reminder to be careful in the future and the movie entitled "The Big Short" I think is worth watching and I want to know how the story goes.

I am telling you that a new crisis is looming, far worse than 2008 because the debt is now 3.5x larger.
We are right in front of an economic depression and I really don't think you want to own any stocks in a depression.

I am all about commodities now. Precious metals and some crypto projects.
I believe that many people are going to lose absolutely everything in the coming years.

As preparation, I also prepare it from now on and when I decide to invest in the cryptocurrency market or whatever, no matter how much, I will only invest in an amount that I can accept if it is a risk for me.
