We need to be spiritually happy as only then we can find happiness...We can’t really call ourselves rich if we are not contented with what we have,  and it’s not about how much money we earn but it’s about being satisfied with what we have. In life, there’s always money to be made, but we can’t get back our time. Focusing only on making money means we might forget how to actually live.

Where are these claims coming from and what basis does spirit have with economic activities, I have seen a lot of forks going to pray and doing all manner of religious activities on days that they were to be economically busy working, and the aftermath results of that is poverty lack and want, so money answers to one thing which is Force of demand once you don't have what demands money then you are not making any progress towards becoming wealthy. I don't think so, so I have seen and read very rich people who are not spiritual but got rich from scamming people, from stealing, and from entertainment. You have to be very skilled and highly motivated to become rich. Elon, who is the richest man, happens to be into spirituality, but we cannot make him an ultimate model or example on how to be super rich based on his religion.
But one thing I notice is that if you cannot handle being super rich, you will also suffer from depression. I remember in the series The Squid, the creator of those games before he dies talks about having nothing and having too much money as the same.

To find genuine peace you need to first find yourself, find a state of mind in which you are one with yourself that's when you would be truly happy. Yes money is good and can make your life very easy but true happiness is when you are at peace with yourself.

Being wealthy isn't just because you can hussle and struggle physically. These days those with physical muscles and strength are those who are not even rich because it is not determined by strength how far you can go in acquiring wealth. What matters is to struggle smart. Now people work smart and not just struggle physically. For example, people make their wealth through trading, investing in crypto, gambling etc. What matters is how you can plan and manage your finance to grow it steadily. Take an example, some people lavish money in frivolous expenses instead of buying btc. If you bought btc while it was $50k, now that would have been a lot of money in profit. So such is the way that people now work smart and not by physical muscles.

I have not heard that being rich or wealthy has something to do with spiritual alone. You may be spiritual if you are a religious person or belong to a spiritual group whether traditional or orthodox but it doesn't guarantee your financial growth if you are not planning your finance well. However, I believe that some people are destined to be rich and for those people what they need is a little support and they will flourish with that but some are not going to be rich as even in the bible story, there are rich and poor people that were recorded in the bible history.

I understand your point but not all billionaires that seek wealth from an occultic temple. most guys makes their money genuinely without any spiritual involvement. But although majority of the richest men sick power from Temple. Even if you have a spiritual mindset, find inner peace, and have enough calmness in you, you will still need to find a proper source of income to earn money and find a source through which you can make wealth.
