News: Due to a wallet-migration bug, you should not upgrade Bitcoin Core. But if you already did, there's no need to downgrade.

I got this message on MacOS:

"Allow “Bitcoin-Qt” to find devices on local networks? This will allow the app to discover, connect to, and collect data from devices on your networks."

Should I "Allow"? Or "Don't Allow"?

If you don't allow, you'll unable to use UPnP feature[1] and connect to other Bitcoin node on same local network. Bitcoin Core use UPnP to let your Bitcoin Core accept incoming connection without any additional configuration (e.g. configure port forwarding on your router manually).
