Then @Razer_Rollbit responded to my correspondence, requesting that I list any additional alternate accounts I might have. Initially, I was confused by this request, but upon searching, I discovered that I do indeed have another account I created approximately a year and a half ago. This account, however, is in excellent standing and has only been used once since its creation. I had completely forgotten about it until now.

Despite my transparency, @Razer_Rollbit continued to insist that I must have additional alternate accounts. This appears to be an unfounded claim, seemingly used as an excuse to withhold my money. Below is the full screenshot of our conversation for complete context.

Are "alt" accounts allowed?

As long as you have not created another account for nefarious purposes, that's fine.

We reserve the right to disable accounts that have been created with the intention to abuse our bonus, coupon and chat features. Creating new accounts to circumvent our Sportsbook limits is considered abuse. Please do not do this!


So, actually, you didn't break the rules if you just created an account and didn't play on it to cheat limits, etc., so you're not at a loss position im my opinion.

Just to be sure that this is not just a misunderstanding from your side and that you accidentally did "have more accounts", you're living alone and/or none of the person in your household ever create an account? Can you please check, suppose you're not living alone in your home.

No I doubt so. However. I do use vpn all the time but when I am about to login to KYC websites I always turn it off to avoid lock ups etc. I am not sure if that what triggered the “list your alts” thing but it don’t make sense at all. I think it’s just an excuse for them to keep my funds.

I will really appreciate if you can make sure past "I doubt so" whether someone in your household have or had an account on Rollbit, as there was a previous case where someone sure they are not in the wrong and a casino perma-ban them for circumventing-self-exclusion and they did not circumventing their self exclusion.

Well... long story short, someone in their household did create an account that instantly breach the self-exclusion clause. That was a whole headache that we don't need. So, if you can be very sure that no one ever created an account on rollbit, I'll really appreciate it and will start to probe Razer in hope to learn something from him.

It is quite alarming that so many legit looking (prima facie)  scam accusations are mushrooming up (I love organic mushrooms) against Rollbit. I am amazed that the same response is coming so frequently from the casino in question, which is 'accusing the player of having multiple accounts'. Not only they are accusing, but they are forcing players to admit the fault. So far if player is not admitting they are stopping any further communication with player which is quite paradoxical.

So you had another account, and you admit that. I did not read their terms and conditions and don't remember if I read them. If they do not allow multiple accounts and you have an account, no matter your intention, you are guilty of creating multiple accounts. But if they allow creating multiple accounts but they accuse you of doing abuse of that, that is a trap from the casino, and you do not have a way to prove that you did not abuse. If you ask them what you abused, they won't answer you because of so-called security reasons. The number of scam accusations against this casino has been increasing daily. I hope they won't become another 1xbit.

This is absolutely ridiculous. I have never played sportsbook on their site, yet we are being accused of doing so. We only play Baccarat—and that’s it. This accusation is completely unfounded and feels like nothing more than a blatant excuse to withhold the funds. This entire situation is beyond frustrating and unacceptable.

So is in an account or accounts ? The story changed pretty quickly here. Sure their rules actually allow to have multiple account (with certain terms), now Rollbit though should provide evidence that these accounts were actually used for sports betting.

First you said it's 1 more account, now it's accounts of your husband all of the sudden. Maybe he doesn't tell you the truth and did place sports bets, we don't know that and you can't be 100% sure as well since first of all you didn't even know about these accounts in the first place (so you said yesterday and this suddenly changed).
When a change of narrative occurs it always looks a bit fishy to be honest, but it is what it is. You would take this case to casinoguru or something so rollbit can be asked to send them proof several accounts have been used to circumvent betting limits.

Yes! We have a total of three accounts. One of these accounts is completely brand new(Made a few years ago, completely forgotten.) and has never been used for playing, depositing, or wagering. The second account was used by my partner on a single occasion(one year & half) to play Baccarat. The third account, which I personally used and KYC-verified, was also used to play Baccarat on Evolution. This third account is the one currently blocked with the $20,000 hold. None of these accounts were ever used for sports betting. I have made this explicitly clear to Razer.

Is there a way to view wagering history on Rollbit? I can't seem to find it anywhere on the site.

I don't want to fish a domestic dispute between you and your husband, but with the extra info that Rollbit gave, that the root of the situation was a suspicion of multi-acc to circumvent sportsbook limit, could you perhaps have a talk with your husband if he did had another accounts to bet on sports?

Have your own words to convey to him that you'll not be mad or anything and that it's the fastest way to get this issue sorted out. If he still insist on it, and it's safe for you both to conclude that Rollbit's findings are wrong, I believe both parties can escalate to CasinoGuru where Rollbit can provide proof of multi-acc connection.

Bear in mind that CasinoGuru does not mediate sportsbetting related issues, so you might want to leave that info out and ask them to "simply" mediate an accusation of multi-acc.

That's why take our advise and take this case to a mediation site, simple as that. Rollbit rep in our forum will give you the same reply as in your live chat screenshot, I have seen those "name all your alternate accounts" word from him several times. Seems like that's his only defense here. So yeah, stop wasting time posting here and go to casinoguru or whatever and open a ticket.

@holy, since this not a sports betting dispute I guess there is no problem. Rollbit only gave the sports betting "limit abuse" as an explanation/excuse to not pay, it would be easy to show a sports betting history as proof if they actually had this in their back pocket.

Yeah, but if I am not mistakenly remember, there were instances were CG refused to mediate a case and instantly mark as rejected because they found out that the accusation and/or the nature of the case has sportsbetting in it. So, just in case, might be a good idea for OP to just tell them that he's asking them to mediate and prove the evidence of a multi-acc accusation and leave that part out.

CG is our only shot here as Rollbit is not on AG and I don't think we can use CGA yet.

Yes, did it all. I also hired a lawyer in Curaçao, waiting on papers submission. Can't go in too much details. But hopefully some action is taken. I also filed a complaint with the Gibraltar gaming commission. I'll keep this thread updated.
