One thing you must understand about human Being is that; as long as they are still alive they must face one challenges on the other, in fact what makes you a living being is to be able to withstand temptation and overcome them. Like I know, everyone has a level of their trials or temptation which are to befall them, just as the rich faces one issues or the other so the poor faces their issues as well.
Countries facing many challenges and of course, it is one thing that made up the characteristics of humans among their ecological systems, and every living being most learn to adapt to any condition they found among their inhabitant.

If you are someone who have experienced a lot already, you should by now have been strengthened by all the experiences you have been through. If even after all the challenges you have overcome in the past and you are still not strong mentally then this is the year where you should change that.

Physically is right to be included because when you are physically healthy, everything else will follow. Being physically healthy will allow for better thinking and better decision making abilities. If you take care of yourself physically, you will be ready mentally.

The biggest challenge of this year (economically speaking) in my opinion is going to be the convicted felon who became the president of USA. He will be a threat for the entire world from the economic perspective.

In the Western Bloc, for these so called "allies" he will try to deindustrialize them and practically suck them dry. For example in Europe he will force them to first buy US extremely expensive energy (gas and oil) and will not allow them to buy it from anywhere else at cheaper prices. The damage on European economy will start showing this year. On top of that he will force them to move as much of their production to US mainland which means more deindustrialization of Europe and economic consequences of it is clear.

In the Eastern Bloc, as countries continue dedollarising and try to diminish the negative effects of using dollar on their economies, Trump will try to counter than with sanctions, tariffs and destabilization through coups and terrorist attacks. The economic implications of that will start showing this year as well.

For people around the world, this obviously means having to experience inflation and in most places specially in the West to also endure recession. This highlights the importance of wise investment...

life is in continuity. even though we have it segmented into years and weeks and months, these should never be boundaries that determine how we go about life and what we choose to do at different point in time. if you are someone that is not a disciplined type, chances are that even with all your new year resolution and all the planning that you are doing that you might never achieve a lot this year.

preparation is good but what matters most is action. if only we are able to act on 50 percent of the things we have planned for this year, our achievement will far exceed what we ever thought we could attain. as long as we live and as long as life continues, what we decide to make out of life is totally up to us to make, challenges are certain to come and for some of us that have seen it full hands, there is nothing that bothers us again because we know that certainly we will always come out of them stronger.

Let's face it, every year comes with its "blessings and "problems," for this, we should prepare to embrace the blessings and have lots of them with good plans and preparedness. This is better done by learning new ideas, persevering in what we know is hopeful, avoiding laziness/procrastination and working on our weaknesses to convert them to strength. For example in the world of work, competition is getting tighter, there are not many job vacancies available and it requires everyone to be ready to have special skills, the point is not to always be in the comfort zone. I try to avoid harsh, unflattering assessments of politicians. However, I absolutely agree with you that Donald Trump will protect the economic interests of Americans first and foremost (and rich Americans in particular).

He is absolutely indifferent to the economic interests of citizens of other countries. As far as I understand, Donald Trump and his team will implement the Monroe concept - "America for Americans". This will allow them not to waste resources on improving the situation in the world economy and politics.

In essence, this is a zero-sum game - a win for the United States, a loss for the rest of the world. On the other hand, such a pragmatic approach to politics and economics can encourage governments of other countries to make balanced, rational management decisions.

They simply will not have another choice.

This has the potential to make our world a better place. But these are only our assumptions, we really do not know how everything will happen in the future.

There's no assurance if we do speak about future and this is something that we do set out preparations because if challenges comes then you had already that prepared to face it up and go further. It is really that crucial that you do really have that plans and back up whenever shit things happen because we do really know that when it comes into this aspect then it will be that so hard for you determine on what are the possible problems but of course you do really need up to make out some adjustments. Always make yourself that prepared for any challenges yet this life do always have that challenges and hardships in life on which at the moment or time that you will be able to encounter it out then you do already know on what you are doing.Although there are really those people who do easily give up on the time that they do face up these problems but actually every problem does have its own solutions and this is something that you do need up to sustain. Prepare yourself with this new year because no one really knows on what this future brings and if you arent that good when it comes on handling yourself then you cant think up well on which this might lead up into further more problems. This is why it's important to build your mindset, invest in the quality of your personality, this is very important. There is nothing new in that. As they say, life is a constant struggle, and the only time in which you can rest peacefully is after you die, and even after you die, you will only rest in peace if you have prepared for that in your life.  So, we all struggle with something in our lives, it's just that different people will have different problems and struggles.

We, as humans, can barely be content. We are always looking for something better, and in search of that, we lose the good that we have. Those who are poor think that the rich have no problems and they live great lives, but they can't see the underlying problems the rich might have. Similarly, those who are rich believe that the poor have no major problems, they work, eat, and sleep, but they can't see what they actually go through. There is a famous phrase that says, "The grass is always greener on the other side of the fence.", which means that no matter where you are, you will always think that other people are in a better state than you.

Buddy life is full of ups and downs and these things seems to be natural, no matter how we plan, things that wouldn't benefit must happen thats the reality that we must face in life, though planing is a very good approach for anyone to achieve whatver goals they have set, the thing is many nation are facing economic hardship because of inflation, must countries failed to do the needful early amd some that did are also facing the same from differnt angles so i come to understand that the era we are in is full of unimaginable things and thats more reason your statement should be taken very serious.

Preparing our mental will be important to survive this year because the competition become more strict and tough. If we can not learn to improve ourselves, we will not be able to compete with others. We can make a plan of what we want to do this year and achieve it but if we are not doing every step in our plan, we will difficult to achieve and will not believe that we can do that.

That is why we must prepare ourselves not just mental but also physical because this year will not easy to pass and achieve our goals. Every people want the same things like us where they also have their goals. Among other things, he drew the attention of his listeners to the following circumstance - neither the Republicans nor the Democrats mentioned a word about the problem of the huge US national debt in their election programs.

It seems that US politicians (unlike their voters) are absolutely not concerned about this problem. Yes, the US national debt is huge and it is constantly increasing.

Being prepared for the challenges ahead for one is not what is new to us again, it has always been so and will continue to be so as long as the world is still existing. Challenges are part of life hurdles and there is no way you can escape them because most of them will definitely show you how to live a life on them. Challenges are not stagnant, they sometimes come in different ways, sometimes in a more lighter note than before or vise versa.

The mind of every sane human has to be mentally, physically and psychologically ready for challenges. You don’t try to avoid them but rather face them. Because only when you face your fears, you can triumph in the face of the world. Challenges are irreplaceable and it comes to everyone in different form, so only face the one that concerns you more in order to have a more coherent way of living.

Since I don't have any influence on the global and national economy, I try to control my immediate environment. I am sure that the electricity supply in my country will not improve hence I am planning to install solar to generate power. Last year there was a high rate of insecurity, I will have to install CCTV cameras and also reduce my night movement. We had issues with flood last year, I am planning to relocate my family to an area that is not flood-prone. I also predict that the economy will not improve, hence there is a need to look for other sources of income. I have learned not to worry myself about the future, but my role is to prepare the much as I can.
