If you want to put up your house title, and it's worth enough, you can probably get a 1.5 BTC loan.   You can start off by telling us what country and province/state you are in.

If a lawyer there is able to get an appraisal value satisfactory to a lender, they can write up an agreement stating the house is given to the lender, should you fail to repay under the terms.   Do you live in the house, or are you renting it out?   Remember that you'll need to give any tenants the proper notice if you are selling the property to secure your loan.
