What happened:
this casino in the process of kyc did not accept any of my documents to verify the address. when i created a complaint on another site, they simply deleted my account and stole my deposit without returning it.

I am not sure if the casino in question,CryptoCasino is active here so it might be difficult to directly approach them on behalf of the community. On which other site have you made the complaint?

Well, the Cryptocasino representative has responded to your accusation in the official announcement thread. See the following quote:

For the avoidance of doubt - This "new" user was supplying fake documents and the platform's Fraud team caught him and closed his account.

I have also taken a look at their representative's response on the KazinoAzov website, which is in the following quote:

So there you have it.

Well, if you OP provided them with fake or internet-sourced documents then you have already violated their policy, and they were right to close your account immediately.

So, there is no issue in submitting the documents they requested from you. It’s clear that the problem is on your side.

Be patient, submit your real documents, and let us know the results.

I can provide a screen recording from the online bank of receiving this document which they rejected twice. so you think it's cool to just block a player and take other people's deposits? I asked them to return the deposit, I don't need their worthless 15 dollars for which the KYC check began, casinos that steal deposits are scammers - remember, maybe this is new to you.

these thieves already have 2 complaints on kazinoazov.net, and they seriously do not want to return even deposits, arguing that they were harmed by accusing them of fraud, I'm already waiting for an answer so I can send my video of receiving the document with the address as proof and shut these scammers up
